The Vinnie trade talks are coming back and I just have 1 thing to say.
Since 2024, we have been begging to have a solid outfield bat. We finally have one named Jac Caglianone.
Why move Jac to 1st, trade Vinnie, and then have to find another outfielder to replace Jac?

Don't overvalue intense individual training sessions, but undervalue the cumulative impact of consistently showing up for years. Give me a consistent athlete with a long history of 7/10 intensity days over one that flashes some 9 and 10 displays, but often disappears for weeks.

Chatted with Trevor Vance.
He said last night Jac Caglianone asked one of the grounds crew members how many were on the crew (~20). This morning, Cags brought in three-dozen donuts + coffee for them as a thank you for their hard work.
First class.
