I learned about the technology at a mixer hosted by the @RecordingAcad & Sony. I was so intrigued by the customized nature of it that I decided to cover the experience for @MusicTechMag.

Sony invited us to Battery Studios to try their customised immersive audio experience — and it starts by putting tiny microphones inside your ears.
“They have the capsule facing outwards. Literally taking the measurements of how sound enters into your ear canals,” says Sony’s Isaac Rodrigues.
