This was my earworm, so I played it, realised it was actually a beautiful song..
The beginning of this song is reminding me of another song... my new torment, what is that song... 🤔
I'm moving house today and again I have the same music come into my head, the theme tune to 'men behaving badly', horrible brassy tune, really weird my brain does this.
I've come to realise that the Uzbek plov I covet so was made by an extremely good chef, at a particular resturant 3000 miles away, probably a genuine Uzbek man, no doubt. Noone else is capable of making such perfection. The ones I find elsewhere are ok. They're just ok. Very achievable by myself. I've made better at home than I can find on deliveroo or uber eats. I'm not going to order in hope anymore. I will just wait to make it using my iron pot on the gas stove in the new house. This will be my last post about Uzbek plov. Wish it was more available though.
When its horribly cold, like right now, there's nothing more wonderful than taking a knitted baggy jumper into your hands and putting it on. In the summer, that same sensation was pure anathema. But now... such warm loveliness.
