🚨 Game devs are cooked! 🚨 I had Fable 5 modify the flint stones and put Mario in it! The future of gaming is bright when gamers take ownership of their games!

Okay so i’ve seen a ton more JP tweets on this now. It seems like even the Japanese Sonic fans hate the change as well. Japanese fans hate it, English fans hate it… Who is this change actually for? Is it for people who aren’t fans of Sonic or Amy at all? I don’t get it.
Chao Garden Enthusiast (@_ScottXY) profile pictureChao Garden Enthusiast@_ScottXYOct 29
Wait hold on is it true that the actual Japanese fans of Sonic from Japan, speaking Japanese, also don’t like the Amy bio change 😭?????

Okay so what was the point of this if they weren’t actually going to bring over Sonic Channel content, instead even implementing changes *to* Channel. With the recent Amy bio change, my hopes for the Calendar stories to finally be brought over have dropped to rock bottom 💔

In case you missed it, we've added character bios to the official Sonic 35th anniversary website! We've heard how much you wanted Sonic Channel content officially in English, so we worked hard to get these brought over for the first time! 🦔✨ sega.com/sonic-the-hedgehog

Reason being that those actually follow the JP direction & pre-change bios, such as Amy’s love for Sonic. There really isn’t a way to bring those over to ENG unless they make such drastic changes that the stories become unrecognizable from the originals.

I remember being told a few times that this ENG bio change would not touch the JP Channel bios, only for exactly that to happen. ☹️ I miss Amy

Amy’s bio even in Sonic Channel being changed to remove references of Sonic is just a bit disappointing I’m also just not a fan of them removing single-minded aspect in the bio

Pretty interesting that this can be read as which characters are the most popular and/or important with Sonic Team. Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Shadow, Rouge, Silver, Blaze, and then arguably Cream who’s only missed two years.

I might get flamed for this but I think all the MKW fake song leak joke tweets that are using random jazz covers kind of puts into perspective how much MKW’s OST is great yet lacking in a unique identity, because the fake song picks honestly fit right in.

Don’t get me wrong, I love MKW’s OST and think it’s a huge achievement by the developers. But i’d be lying if I called it particularly unique or distinct.

Idk I think it says a lot that the JP Sonic account is more willing to acknowledge Sonic Boom of all things than the US one is.

This should be the largest story in the news. It should be everywhere in the media. Kushner should wind up in prison because of it. But you won’t hear about it and nothing will happen to him.

In Sonic 06, in the cutscene "The death of Elise?!" there's a specific shot of Knuckles that looks like he's falling onto the ground. I checked the actual animation file and- apparently the actor was just crouching all along!

This is one of the funniest visual gags in the series but unfortunately people won’t give 06 credit for it and instead will insist it was a mistake by the devs.

Knuckles is genuinely so funny in this games cutscenes man what were they even doing during development

Like why do you think it’s Knuckles specifically who has the comic gag of being the one to go the wrong way when the group splits up, and then goes “wait a second” before turning around like everyone else did.
