guysss, i just discovered a way to avoid losing focus while observing salah especially dhur and asr when you’re praying alone.
you know that moment of mental drift that sometimes happens between the 3rd and 4th raka’ah?
try saying the takbeerats out loud during those prayers, including sami’allahu liman hamidah and rabbana wa lakal hamd. not necessarily loudly, but loud enough for you to hear yourself clearly.
you’ll find yourself staying more present throughout the prayer.
i’ve been practising this whenever i have to pray dhur and asr alone and it’s been a game changer fr.
