given the enormous bandwidth of 802.11ac (1.69 Gbps *per PHY*) and the lack of adoption of 2.5GBASE-T and 5GBASE-T i'm lowkey debating whether 802.11ac over hard coax is a viable replacement for Ethernet in the modern laptop-centric world
