Although I'm buying AI stocks, I am going to warn you now: Don't expect a V shaped reversal. I believe we are in the Capitulation going towards Anger stage in this market. I think we have a lot of uncertainty with these AI stocks like $MU, $NBIS, and $AAOI. That does not mean we should sell all AI stocks possible. I made a bullish case bellow on why I'm buying. But, that does not mean I'm buying all AI stocks. I think memory (like $MU), in particular, looks very overextended and will take a while to make a new higher high (I think this will come, it'll just take some time), compared to other stocks that are further into their selloff like $NBIS, $ASYS, $OPTX, and a few other names I'll give to subs. I'm buying these, and the other AI stocks these companies actually aid. What are you guys doing?
I'm buying more AI stocks. I know everyone's saying not to, but I believe the bull run will still take place, just somewhere else. Let me explain why: ---------------------------------------------------------- 1) An Inefficient Business Model First and foremost, let's go over why I think this current bubble is crashing, and why I still believe there will be another one taking its place soon. To understand the current bubble, let's look at the main area of business that led the current AI infrastructure buildout: LLMs. Large Language Models is the actual definition of LLM, but most people just refer to these things in their actual form: as ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, and the rest. These companies spend countless dollars on compute and employees, yet nobody questioned how they'd make money. Because they didn't. Everyone would just scream: wait till ASI, until it never came... ---------------------------------------------------------- 2) The Hype Cycle The AI bubble gave us a great term, that has a lot of hype, but not a lot of actual returns: ASI. A term that is perfect for hype. LLM companies were trying to get closer and closer to ASI (without knowing how), until they realized they couldn't. So there were 2 main areas for profit from these companies: The first one: Ads. The second one: Paid AI models. How long, and how much would these AI companies make off of advertising? I think they realized not much. Not many people logged onto AI models and wanted a product advertisement pop up when all they wanted was their work done. And people got too accustomed to free AI models (with competition from open source models being too great), that nobody wanted to switch from the free models to the paid ones. Only the top 0.001% of people did. And that wasn't enough to keep them profitable. This led us to a concerning fact: profitability was not revenue, and these companies were still massively in debt. ---------------------------------------------------------- 3) An Overvaluation lead to a -> Sell Off LLM's were always unprofitable. This was just the first time people realized that the words they were saying, were just that: Words. People started questioning how they'd make money. They realized there wasn't a viable often. This, plus poor macro news, lead to a dramatic sell off on AI stocks such as $NBIS, $AAOI, and $MU. And now, some of the "beta" or riskier AI stocks like $BRUN, $OPTX, and $AIXA are down even more. With little, to nobody buying the stocks that fund the AI buildout: AI enablers... ---------------------------------------------------------- 4) Everyone's bearish, but there's still hope (you just have to look hard) Hedge funds are actively reducing AI exposure. This isn't a bad options for them. But I believe they will be buying in higher again. The part of companies like ChatGPT, Anthropic, and Grok making lots of money, and $AAOI, $NBIS, and $MU funding this buildout, will slowly diminish. But there will be another area where AI will take over: AI beneficiaries. When we see the earning reports of these companies, companies like $ZETA, $TEAM, $RDDT, all of their earnings are going up and to the right. There are multiple niches within AI beneficiaries (like Biotech, SaaS, even farming), that not a lot of people are talking about. And that, not a lot of progress has been made in, but it will. I'll go over those in subs, but I think we will see much progress, both fundamentally, and seeing a profit and $ increase happening soon for those companies. This is the AI area to be buying. Along with this, the AI buildout could continue for AI enablers, which, soon, will be a great buying opportunity. As, we are heading through the capitulation phase, and go through the anger -> depression phase. Then, lots of money will be made again. That brings us to our last result. ---------------------------------------------------------- 5) The light at the end of the tunnel (going into 2027) As the market is full of gloom, and people are capitulating their stocks, a great buying opportunity is being made. Both AI enablers (within some niches like biotech, $RXRX is one stock), and AI enablers, like $BRUN, are becoming good buys here. We're transitioning from capitulation towards anger in one (AI eanblers). And we're transitioning from hope to optimism for the others (AI beneficiaries). *Some are in disbelief and hold greater returns, subs will get these. So although the end of 2026 has been awful so far, I believe we will see green. I don't believe this is the start of a bear market. I don't think we will have that as AI improvements actually continue. I just think money will actually rotate to where the AI improvements are going. This is where few are positioned. In my opinion, we're early. What are your guys thoughts?

When investing, quality matters over quantity. That's why for AI stocks, I'm sticking to only a few. $ASYS, $OPTX, and $SHMD are my top 3 picks.

Even though I'm bullish AI stocks in the future, we must know the difference between short term and long term. Short term, get prepared for some volatility, especially on $MU, $SNDK, and $AAOI. These are not trading positions; these are long term investments. Know the difference, and be willing to hold them.

If you're in crypto, don't sell now. Read this first:
Everyone's screaming "sell" for crypto related assets. I'm not entirely disagreeing with them, but I think selling now is selling prematurely. This is what I think will occur: I have 2 main scenarios. In both of them, I'm bullish over the long term, but on one of them, I'm bearish on the short term. Let me explain. 1) This first scenario is that we have bottomed out here, and this is a lower time frame (short term), and high time frame (long term) bottom. We would then hold this area as support, send to the 84k range where people would say this is a bull trap. We'd retest 81k as support where everyone calls for us to send to 75k, before breaking out to 100k+ and the bull market being confirmed. This is my base case. The other situation is different. 2) We are currently in a pullback (on $BTC specifically) to a bull trap zone, which would send us to 84k first, before sending us far downward toward 75k, where we'd bottom out and send to 100k+. I believe this is a possibility. It is not probabilistic, but it is worth noting this. Currently, I have long positions opened, with stop losses below 78k, the rest of my positions are for subs only (you can join with the link below). I will be updating them all along the way. I do believe we won't ever go below the 50k level we've already claimed. I think the bull trap is in commencement, it now just depends on when it will fully take place. In due time...
