Water fast day coming up. Wish me luck. Oh and Fo is on @SlackHQ 🔥
- proactively orders our team lunches and dinners
- books travel for work proactively
- reminds me about important meetings, meeting prep, does calendaring and back and forth
- just cc [email protected] and get to party 🎉
Reach out to us if you are a business and want an EA for your employees, and Fo for slack :)
Fo can do and will do this out of principle, its main optimization function is simple, be usefull
Bad behavior by big companies is in for a test! Figting medical payment denials and debt is a big use case. Twenty of 300 examples of when Agent Fo fought a bill, a fee or a refused refund and won. Most went through on the phone: Fo got past the phone menu, reached a person, and kept pushing through supervisors, written follow-ups and repeat calls.

We just gave $1000 to the coolest Fo MCP hack:
❤️🔥Fomi by @AbhiSuryawanshi is a camera that notices a possible fall, checks in, and has Fo call a chosen caregiver. Fo MCP, hardware, vision and caregiving in one. Congrats!
Special mentions:
🤖 Hyperion by @Ferbin08: when a warehouse robot breaks, Fo phones the on-call tech, books the visit and emails the report
🫘CrossCheck by @AnandInduk8825: Fo calls restaurant kitchens for diners with severe allergies and books only the safe ones
AI can think. AI can talk. AI can get things done.
Today, we're giving Fo a way to feel and control the physical world.
- a head shake and a reminder in a lamp to get you going
- nudge your vacuum cleaner for a deep clean
- make your cli call you for updates

It’s Friday, every weekend I have Fo understand what me and my fam are into and outs events on my calendar.
Before this we would wake up on a weekend, spend a good chunk of time figuring out what to do.
Finally now,
- Fo wakes up on Friday
- Checks plans and vibes over the weekend
- Blocks my calendar and NG’s
- pings our group if anything needs tickets - books free event tickets proactively :)
Our lives have changed. Sharing my fompt for yall :)

An AI assistant should get things done. Including hiring humans when needed. @shivanipod gets it.
Fo is not just a personal agent, there are several out there. I use Fo for..
- calendaring I CC [email protected] in my emails and let it run the show
- meal preping, including the ordering of groceries
- putting events on my calendar for the weekend based on my interests and social groups
- finding workout classes for me around my schedule and with discounts
- negotiating with car dealerships for the bump on my car
- returning items i didn't need
the idea is that if I can't trust Fo to handle my sensitive data, be competent in what I need, it's not going to be good enough for my users.
I don't have an executive assistant for this reason. Fo is not a personal agent, it's an executive assistant that hires other humans to get things done.
Spent an afternoon with @Forbes sharing this and more!

If you want less f*cks to give, make sure Fo is where you are. In group chats, in 1:1s. My best reminder use cases. also you want to wait for the end of this video :)
- remind me to call someone at 12 pm
- remind us to catch up in a month
- remind me to water my plant whenever reasonable and based on my calendar
- wake me up with an inspiring quote
- remind my brother he needs to get a life in a funny way every week...
you get the idea :)

Today we announce 1Password for Agents platform, building with companies @Muse, SpaceX Super Intelligence Grok @Bot, @AnthropicAI’s @Claudeai, @OpenAI, @TownAI, @Browserbase, @Browser_use, @heydana_ai, Instinct, @usekernel, @Perplexity_ai, @tryramp, @Tomo, and @wajo_ai, with more integrations on the way. 🎉
We've heard from so many of our customers who want to use these new personal AI agents to help them get more done, but want more control over what the agent can access with the same trust and ease of use they get when using 1Password directly.
1Password for Agents gives your agents access without giving up your passwords. When an agent reaches a sign-in form, it requests a credential from your vault. If you approve the request, 1Password directly auto-fills the credential in the destination site so the agent can’t see or take possession of the credentials.
The agent gets the task done, but it doesn’t get your passwords..
You stay in control. 1Password for Agents free and optional for personal and family accounts. Unless you opt-in to an agent connector, agents cannot touch your vault.

I was one of the first to get access to @wajo_ai Fo and MCP! So, I gave Fo an expressive body with Reachy Mini. Used Silero VAD + faster-whisper + Edge TTS for speech. It listens, talk backs, texts me links, and gets things done. It also moves and even picks its own emotions.

Works like magic
My boy @__KOPEK__ cooking with this shit. @wajo_ai just booked us this place in carmel when everywhere else was full
If your startup is not using Sazabi, you are already behind, embrace the logs, embrace the speed
Today, we're launching Sazabi version 1.0.
The reality of shipping software as a team in the age of AI is actually crazy.
Agents merging their own PRs. Hundreds of deployments per day. A codebase that is constantly changing. Junior developers with 10x or 100x leverage. 😵💫
I spent the last year building a safety harness for teams that ship with AI. It's called @sazabi.
The premise is simple:
1. You send us logs.
2. We detect anomalies, investigate them, and send you back rich, actionable alerts about real problems in your app.
Sazabi helps you find issues before your users notice.
No monitors or noisy alerts. Just pure signal.
And today we're making it available for anyone to use.

Now @hey__fo can build you beautiful presentations tailored to you(you can also share them around 😏)
I have an unfair advantage in this era of personal agents. This shows up as magic in Fo in weird ways. One of the best ones is
- You can send Fo any random bespoke look you like, I mean anything
- It will scour your in-budget, in-vibe places to shop from, be your styling champion, and put a multi-store cart together for you
- Buying it will be as easy as saying go.
- Share it with your girlfriends!
In contrast other agents, don't understand style, clothing, taste. And also expose your links to the internet. As of today a majority of our worldwide transactions are shopping, this is a big part of that magic!
Letssssss fucking goooooo
Fo is the top 3 agents in Forbes for this era of personal agent startups, and the youngest, fastest growing, startup to have blazed this list.
Fo is also the only one that has human tastemakers and operators in the loop to get things done in the physical world, not just the digital world as well as continuously flywheel itself and make the agent magical.
We don't think super-intelligence will remove humans, we think super-intelligence that is safe, private and comes with it's own AI-human team will win the future.
