THE ONLY OXTAIL RECIPE MOVING !
I had 4 pounds of oxtail and I used about
4 Tablespoons of Oxtail Seasoning- please adjust as you see FIT.
3 Tablespoons of Garlic Powder
3 Tablespoons of Onion Powder
Like I said, I had 4 pounds so it’s best to adjust, if needed.
GREEN SEASONING -
1 Medium Piece of Ginger
1 Green Pepper
2 Celery Stalks
5 Garlic Cloves
10 Thyme Springs
2 Scotch Bonnet Peppers
1 Yellow Onion
A Few Stalks of Green Onion
1 Orange & 1 Lime for Juice
1 Bunch of Parsley
I sear my oxtail in a hot skillet, to lock in flavor.
I add water to the same bowl I seasoned the oxtail in, and add it in pot. It should be almost covering the oxtail
Add pimento seeds, bay leaves, and 1 scotch bonnet pepper.
Cover and let it cook for about 2/3 hours.. stir occasionally & ADJUST THE SEASONINGS IF NEEDED.
Once falling off the bone add ketchup butter beans and stir it up.

2 Boneless Thighs (If using more, adjust recipe as YOU see fit)
Adobo - To Taste
2 Teaspoons of Garlic Powder
2 Teaspoons of Onion Powder
2 Teaspoons of Smoked Paprika
1 Cup Flour (Same Seasoning BLEND)
Fry on both sides for 4 minutes (EACH)
Biscuits- Follow Packaging
Honey Butter -
1 Tablespoon of Butter
2 tablespoons of Honey
1 Teaspoon of Brown Sugar
