Ini lucu sih. Aku kan sudah bertahun-tahun susah tidur dan seringnya tidur jam 2-7 pagi. Akhirnya sekitaran dua bulan lalu berusaha perbaiki tidur. Magnesium glycinate nggak ngaruh, malah bikin mual. Ashwagandha dikit aja ngaruhnya. Antangin Good Night lumayan. Kadang.
Yjam tidur sukses dibuat mundur. Rata-rata jam 4 pagi, berhasil dimundurin jadi jam 2 pagi. Dan lately, jam 11 malam. Mentok di midnight. Alhamdulillah banget.

Kek dia gak ngeh aja gitu.

Ngubur orang hidup-hidup demi tebusan. Untungnya korban selamat. Pelaku dihukum 10 tahun dan setelah keluar menjadi… dokter. Seriusan?? 😮
In December 1968, 20-year-old Emory University student Barbara Jane Mackle was kidnapped from a motel in Georgia and buried alive in a box 18 inches underground.
She would spend 83 terrifying hours trapped beneath the earth—and somehow survive.
Barbara had called her mother asking her to come early because she was feeling sick. The two checked into a motel outside Atlanta, planning to drive home the following morning for Christmas.
At around 4:00 a.m., someone knocked on their door.
When Barbara’s mother opened it, a man carrying a shotgun and a woman wearing a ski mask forced their way inside. They chloroformed her mother and restrained her.
By the time Barbara managed to free herself, she had already been taken approximately 30 miles away.
The kidnappers were Gary Steven Krist, an escaped convict, and Ruth Eisemann-Schier, a marine biology graduate student.
They drove Barbara into the woods of Gwinnett County and lowered her into a specially constructed fiberglass box. Inside were air tubes, water, food, and sedatives. A note reassured her that she would survive.
Then they buried the box 18 inches underground and left her there.
Barbara later described the horrifying moment:
“I screamed and screamed. The sound of the dirt got farther and farther away.”
Alone in the darkness, she thought about Christmas morning and wondered whether she would ever see her family again.
The kidnappers demanded $500,000 in ransom.
After collecting the money, Krist contacted the FBI and revealed Barbara’s location. Agents rushed to the woods and dug through the earth by hand.
They finally reached the box.
Barbara was barely conscious—but she was alive.
Krist was later captured off the Florida coast in a speedboat purchased with the ransom money. Eisemann-Schier was arrested months afterward after leaving fingerprints during a hospital job application in Oklahoma. She was eventually deported.
Krist was sentenced to life in prison, but he was paroled after approximately 10 years. He later became a licensed physician in Indiana.
Barbara’s story remains one of the most extraordinary kidnapping survival cases in American history.
Eighty-three hours underground. Buried alive. And somehow, she made it home.

Why is everyone starting to speak up? Because, finally, everyone is feeling the consequences. Even if they can afford to get by, their families, friends & neighbours are affected.
If you ask when we should have started fighting back, the answer is yesterday. 🇮🇩
