How to replace your entire video editing team with Grokbot computer use and "group chats"
Two 8-figure founders DM'd me and said they already implemented it from my last tweet.
And because I've received 10+ DMs about this tutorial...
I decided to start from zero and build this Grokbot + StefanBrain workflow from the ground up.
And showcase the exact copy-paste process you can use too... across ANY Grokbot + SB workflow.
Make sure you watch to the end to see these use cases:
- Automate end-to-end video editing and generation
- Use CapCut or Premiere Pro + Grokbot groupchats + skills for expert editing
- Stitch multiple videos together and keep outputs consistent inside SB's video editor
- Overlay new audio (e.g., different language audio OR song ad from Suno) inside SB VidGen
**Comment/RT and I'll send you the full setup prompt I use in the video.**
A StefanBrain user scaled to $2M/mo using Grokbot to generate videos…
All with computer use.
And he gets way better results… because Grokbot doesn’t make human prompting mistakes.
It uploads all the right reference images, structures the prompt properly.
And most importantly, it creates a skill to do it all - completing that feedback loop.
I believe this is the way AI is going.
You have one simple UI. And it orchestrates all your agents.
Grokbot, Hermes, doesn’t matter what you use.
What matters most is that the AI model you choose understands your intent to a tee.
And from there, it controls your Claude Code, your Codex…
Hell, it will probably control your email, your Notion, your ClickUp, your Loom.
Not even through MCP, but through your computer.
Any task that you can do on a computer that is repetitive (EVEN PROMPTING) will be done by the AI.
You are simply going to align yourself and your orchestrator to do that work together.
You won’t need to sift through 10s of open chats to find the one where you worked on something.
And if understanding intent is the most important part.
It also means that prompting = skill [issue] once again.
But not with 20,000 characters and hundreds of constraints like AI usually does.
Prompt flexibility is what I like to call it.
And it’s basically just prompting AI like a human does…
Brain dump. Let the AI get all the context (contextmaxx). Have it ask you questions.
Don’t try to have it one shot your task in one go.
That’s how our team and our users are moving at terminal velocity, using AI in marketing.

Reality: Learn to use AI to the max, or be laid off.
we're making @blocks smaller today. here's my note to the company.
####
today we're making one of the hardest decisions in the history of our company: we're reducing our organization by nearly half, from over 10,000 people to just under 6,000. that means over 4,000 of you are being asked to leave or entering into consultation. i'll be straight about what's happening, why, and what it means for everyone.
first off, if you're one of the people affected, you'll receive your salary for 20 weeks + 1 week per year of tenure, equity vested through the end of may, 6 months of health care, your corporate devices, and $5,000 to put toward whatever you need to help you in this transition (if you’re outside the U.S. you’ll receive similar support but exact details are going to vary based on local requirements). i want you to know that before anything else. everyone will be notified today, whether you're being asked to leave, entering consultation, or asked to stay.
we're not making this decision because we're in trouble. our business is strong. gross profit continues to grow, we continue to serve more and more customers, and profitability is improving. but something has changed. we're already seeing that the intelligence tools we’re creating and using, paired with smaller and flatter teams, are enabling a new way of working which fundamentally changes what it means to build and run a company. and that's accelerating rapidly.
i had two options: cut gradually over months or years as this shift plays out, or be honest about where we are and act on it now. i chose the latter. repeated rounds of cuts are destructive to morale, to focus, and to the trust that customers and shareholders place in our ability to lead. i'd rather take a hard, clear action now and build from a position we believe in than manage a slow reduction of people toward the same outcome. a smaller company also gives us the space to grow our business the right way, on our own terms, instead of constantly reacting to market pressures.
a decision at this scale carries risk. but so does standing still. we've done a full review to determine the roles and people we require to reliably grow the business from here, and we've pressure-tested those decisions from multiple angles. i accept that we may have gotten some of them wrong, and we've built in flexibility to account for that, and do the right thing for our customers.
we're not going to just disappear people from slack and email and pretend they were never here. communication channels will stay open through thursday evening (pacific) so everyone can say goodbye properly, and share whatever you wish. i'll also be hosting a live video session to thank everyone at 3:35pm pacific. i know doing it this way might feel awkward. i'd rather it feel awkward and human than efficient and cold.
to those of you leaving…i’m grateful for you, and i’m sorry to put you through this. you built what this company is today. that's a fact that i'll honor forever. this decision is not a reflection of what you contributed. you will be a great contributor to any organization going forward.
to those staying…i made this decision, and i'll own it. what i'm asking of you is to build with me. we're going to build this company with intelligence at the core of everything we do. how we work, how we create, how we serve our customers. our customers will feel this shift too, and we're going to help them navigate it: towards a future where they can build their own features directly, composed of our capabilities and served through our interfaces. that's what i'm focused on now. expect a note from me tomorrow.

Built ai ad agents with:
sora2. nano banana. higgsfield. veo3.
what agencies charge $20k+ for…
and take 6 weeks to deliver…
now takes minutes and costs cents
last month those agents pulled $122k
this month we’re scaling toward $830k/month
200+ ads daily.
flawless avatars.
zero agency fees.
rt + comment "122k" and i’ll dm you the system

These AI video tools are breaking the ad game
What used to cost $20K and take 6 weeks from an agency…
now takes minutes and costs cents
Creators stacking them are pulling $10–15K per week
Our team has been running the same play
Last month: $122K
Now scaling close to $870K/month:
200+ ads daily.
Flawless avatars.
Zero agency fees.
This isn’t theory. It’s happening right now
RT + comment *122K*and I’ll DM you the exact system.

I’ve launched 12+ supplement brands to 7 and 8 figures
it’s all been a creator focused play….
till now.
- no creators
- no commissions
- no agencies
literally the fastest way in history to scale a brand to $10m
all because of ai
Here’s how 👇
### Ai Mass Content Engine
New APIs like Nano Banana, gpt 5, etc have made it fucking instantaneous to create photo realistic UGC
Best part is it’s a mass scale
(I’m talking 10,000+ vids per month)
and it’s cheap as shit
($2/video or less…)
but how do you actually do it?
### The Scaling Problem
I’ve grown supp brands to $25m+ in revenue by hiring hundreds of creators on retainer and training them to go viral
Problem is, you pay them each $1k/mo for content and you hire 20 at a time
it’s expensive as shit and creators are very inconsistent/ unreliable
but ai gets rid of all those issues
### The Quantum Leap
Why haven’t you heard of this before?
Rewind 6 months, there was no software that could produce more than 100 videos per month, let alone 10,000
Even if it could, new softwares like Nano Banana have completely changed the game.
Took shitty unrealistic obviously ai videos with shitty avatars into photorealistic people.
### wtf do u do with this info?
I’m sure you’ve seen like 100 posts abt ai videos on ur feed this month.
I dropped a video on how we scaled to $200k/mo with our ai agent that’s been pushing us out 10k vids every month.
taking it down in 24hrs
