Amid the outrageous and heartbreaking discovery of the dumping of pet remains, we thank Luna and Furry Siblings, the Animal Kingdom Foundation (AFK), the Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS), as well as the other animal welfare advocates and rescue groups who went above and beyond to uncover this scam.

Timelapse of my two recent chibi comms! I try to take my time on the sketching since I hate uncertainty when I line, so if I'm taking long with your sketch that's usually the case ...or I'm having trouble with a specific part.

โONE WITH FUR PARENTS WHO CONSIDER THEIR PETS PART OF THE FAMILYโ
Veteran actor John Arcilla empathized with fellow fur parents following a recent case involving a pet crematoriumโs alleged dumping of the remains of 27 dogs and two cats in plastic bags along a roadside in San Jose del Monte City, Bulacan.
โLahat ng dogs ko were cremated after they crossed the rainbow bridge. Eleven na sila, and by Godโs grace, they all passed away due to old age. Some got sick, but certainly because of old age as well. So, how can I confirm if all those urns contain the remains of my rightful furbabies?โ he wrote in a Facebook post on Sunday.
Arcilla called for a probe into all pet crematoriums in the country, including inspections of their facilities.
We pay a good sum for these services. For the love of our pets, whom we consider members of our families,โ he said.
Meanwhile, the Bacoor City government ordered the closure of Ahjay Paws Aftercare Pet Crematorium following the incident, as police launched an investigation into the establishment's alleged failure to properly deliver cremation services.
