Underrated life advice: Become difficult to rush. The world will pressure you to rush into everything. Rushed decisions. Rushed relationships. Rushed conversations. Rushed timelines. There's power in rejecting that trend. Pause. Slow down. Create space to think clearly.

If something about us has not changed - we have not encountered Christ. If we claim we know Christ BUT nothing about us has changed —> We are just playing Church/Christianity. We do not know the Truth (a person).

If you still smoke weed and/or drink alcohol — YOU SOUND CRAZY ASKING PEOPLE FOR MONEY. You have a PRIORITY/ SPIRIT issue not a money issue. I know how much it costs to fund those habits — I am a former alcoholic and former weed addict. THANK YOU JESUS FOR DELIVERANCE.

The most powerful organism on earth is the church — specifically one rooted in prayer — especially those that pray in the spirit (tongues) for extended amounts of time consistently. ARGUE WITH YO MAMA.

Some in media and on social media want to distract you in the Dianna Russini - Mike Vrabel scandal. By focusing on the tabloid stuff (the alleged affair, etc.). they can sweep the scandal under the rug with a simple, "It's none of your business." I'll remind you what this massive scandal is REALLY about: 1.) Journalism Ethics - self explanatory. 2.) The AP Voting process - Russini had a vote for COTY and is already on record saying she voted for Drake Maye for MVP. The @AP wrote about the Russini resignation and didn't mention anything about this. I think The AP wants this story to go away. 3.) Tampering - Numerous clips and articles have surfaced in which Dianna Russini has talked about both AJ Brown and Maxx Crosby being upset with their teams and the Patriots being a trade destination. Vrabel isn't allowed to lure a contracted player to the Patriots, so people are asking if he used Russini to manipulate the trade market. The NFL hasn't issued a statement on this. It's conceivable they're investigating this internally but that seems unlikely because they haven't issued a "We are aware of it, and we're looking into it" type statement. I think The NFL wants this story to go away. 4.) Accountability - Mike Vrabel is known for preaching accountability with his team, and now finds himself in a serious scandal. Instead of addressing the media, he is nowhere to be found, which is the opposite of accountability. I think Mike Vrabel wants this story to go away. 5.) Odd Media Coverage - TMZ turned down this story because it didn't want to "police the bedroom." The NFL Network acted as though the story wasn't happening. Dan Le Batard admitted covering the story made him uncomfortabe. Barstool admits to having a close relationship with Dianna Russini - it shows. ESPN, which made a big deal of the "Coldplay Couple" remained silent and refused to cover this scandal. Now even when some cover the scandal, it's with kid gloves and focuses on the tabloid stuff as opposed to #s 2-4 above. I think some members of the media media want this story to go away.

As a son of the Living God…very lukewarm take
Jaden Ivey has to understand freedom of speech does not mean freedom of consequence. Also, you serve God. You’re not God. As the son of a pastor this topic means a lot to me and I’m praying for Jaden Ivey’s mental health. My full thoughts:

As a former church going non Bible studying person this is true. It actually took me leaving the church to focus on Bible reading and study and then finding a church that pushes Bible reading and study.
The gap between Christians who study their Bible personally and Christians who only hear it when they go to church on Sundays is deeper than it looks.

Clemson linebacker Wade Woodaz says he's tired of Dabo Swinney talking about how great Christian Wilkins, Austin Bryant, Trevor Lawrence, etc., were as leaders. "I want to take all the stuff from the walls down and I want it to be us," Woodaz said. "I want it to be this team."

We think things we desire take a lot of time to attain but when we invite the creator of time and the King shows up time bows to him = supernatural power of Holy Spirit, and God the Father is in fact spirit. (2nd Corinth 3:17, John 4:24) Time collapse = supernatural breakthrough

Seeing what is happening in Syria, I have no words how privileged we are to follow Christ in America PRAY for them. Yet, we still take him for granted and live like the Bible is a fairy tale — Lawless, selfish, prideful, unforgiving, & lustful.

Groupthink is at an all-time high right now. We have to learn to read. We have to learn to research to disprove our own opinions and stances on issues to accurately validate them as truth. By doing this, you separate your EMOTIONS from the cold hard FACTS.
