1,000% COMMITTED 🙏🏽 #godsplan #committed

My Testimony: I’m sharing this with hopes to help someone else. I failed my 8th grade Math EOC by 2 points. I’ve always struggled with reading and comprehension and would sometimes cry when I couldn’t figure it out. I have testing anxiety and often lacked confidence in the classroom. With lots of prayer, sacrifice and hard work, I not only met my goal, but exceeded my goal. I’m currently in the TOP TEN percent of my class and was selected as a Junior Marshal for the Class of 2025. Many have asked me how did you accomplish this, take honors and college classes, play varsity basketball and volleyball (since freshman year)travel basketball for CP3 and volleyball for ECJVC. This how. I put God first. I fast and pray. I sacrifice what I want to do for what I need to do. Academics are my #1 priority. Lastly, I bet on ME. I didn’t give up, and when things got hard, I prayed harder. I didn’t let a test define who I am. I’m not perfect, and the journey hasn’t been easy but the sacrifices are well worth it. I’m so thankful for my amazing parents, wonderful teachers, village and coaches. Without y’all none of this would be possible. Stay tuned for what’s next. Junior Year ✅. Congratulations to the Class of 2025 at South Central High School. It’s was a honor to assist you all on your big day. #TOPTEN #juniormarshal #south #scholarathlete #godsplan
