Hey so like what’s up with everyone’s situational awareness. It has gotten really bad. No one seems to understand anymore that there’s other people on the earth with them. Look up from your phone! People are in front or behind you.

A Palestinian family that has held the deed to this West Bank land for generations says a group of about 20 Israeli settlers moved onto the property and set up a tent in March. β€œThey started to behave that they are the owners of everything,” Hassan Faraj tells 60 Minutes. The Israeli settlers claim this is their biblical homeland. cbsn.ws/47gcqMl

Disney and DreamWorks are churning out CGI sequels every year, while animators at LAIKA spent 11 years in an Oregon warehouse hand-weaving tiny coats for puppets to make Wildwood LAIKA’s last movie lost nearly $75 million in 2019 and any other studio would have pivoted to cheap animation. God bless Nike founder Phil Knight for funding his son’s stop-motion passion project so we can get actual hand-crafted cinema. Support real art.

Cancelling a subscription shouldn't be this hard. If you can sign up with a click, you must be able to cancel with one. Head to nyc.gov/click-to-cancel to file a complaint against any business that makes it hard to cancel a subscription.

The most liberating thing you can do as a woman is to unlearn shame. Shame is one of the lowest frequencies. Release the shame around your sexuality, your body, people's perceptions of you, around what you actually enjoy, and the rigid structures that society tells you about.

The stop-motion animation work behind LAIKA’s WILDWOOD (2026) is absolutely insane. 136 handcrafted sets, over 200 practical puppets and 49 animators working across 231 weeks, with some shots producing just 1–4 seconds of animation per week. @LAIKAStudios #Wildwood, #LAIKA_partner
