One of my 2025’s just lost her D1 offer. This was due to the coach bringing on people from the transfer portal and the NCAA new roster cap. She was told to play two years of JUCO first (he will set her up with a spot) and will have a spot junior year. The landscape is changing!

Energy is everything ‼️ Silent dugout, everyone sitting down, not getting up for your teammate for a great hit, play, etc.. is the quickest way to lose a coach’s attention. Be a good teammate!

I don't believe in post-game talks anymore. It's just therapy for the coaches most of the time. Win or lose, the players already know if they played well or not.
