When you're describing a persona, try writing from a 1st-person perspective. This will do 2 things: 1. It will make it easier, both when reading and writing the persona, to step into that person's perspective 2. It will help minimize the influence of gender stereotypes
Research is key but research is not easy. Most early start-ups cannot afford full time UXR in the product team, first PMs have to do the work. 🧑‍🎓 We were proud to have @seiteta in our first batch who learnt the fundamental methods and already applied them in his new job!
