Hearing this this a lot, #Hospital wards considered safer (and better staffed) because #StudentNurses are present.
This is totally unacceptable.

really sad to see this, but I’m not surprised. student nurses are qualifying already burnt out from just trying to survive their degree programme, no wonder they don’t want to hang around in a system that overworks and undervalues them
