So the idea is pretty simple. there are 5 gates, one for each KindWorld product: swaps, staking, perps, the wallet and prediction markets finish a gate and you get an NFT key. they don't all open at once, they unlock as the season goes on

2/ And honestly, nobody there did anything wrong. their coins were just sitting on an exchange when it got hit Binance says it'll cover the losses, which is good to hear. but it still made me stop and think about where my own coins actually sit most of the time

3/ when I swap on @kindworldlabs KindSwap, my coins never go and sit with anyone I connect my own wallet, pick what I'm swapping, confirm, and it lands right back in my wallet. it's non-custodial, so there's no withdrawal button for anyone to pause

I spent a good part of this week watching people in my group chats refresh their exchange app, waiting to see if withdrawals were back nobody was trading. nobody was even checking prices. everyone just wanted to know if they could get their money out

Bitcoin turned 18 today, and the timing this week is honestly wild the biggest crypto hack ever just happened. around $6.3B taken from Binance, withdrawals paused, and everybody I know refreshing their app Binance says it'll cover user losses, which is good. but it took me straight back to what #Bitcoin was built for in the first place “cryptographic proof instead of trust.” that's straight from the 2008 whitepaper and through this whole week, Bitcoin itself kept doing exactly that. one block after another, no pause button nobody hacked Bitcoin. they hacked an exchange happy 18th, Bitcoin. @SimpleFXcom is celebrating it all weekend, I'm just here appreciating that it's still running

5/ when I looked back at it later, the first loss wasn't even the problem it was what I did in the next few minutes, when I was angry and trying to prove a point to a chart that doesn't even know I exist

so I jumped straight back in. bigger size, no real setup, just me trying to win my money back before I'd even calmed down and of course, that one went against me too

The first time it really got me, it started with a normal loss. my stop got hit, nothing dramatic, the kind of loss you're supposed to accept and move on from but I didn't move on. I sat there staring at the chart.

I'll be honest, revenge trading has cost me more than any bad setup ever did it's like texting your ex at 2am. you know it's a bad idea while you're typing, and you still sent it.

Did a swap on KindSwap today and recorded the whole thing 👇 genuinely took me longer to type my Phantom password than the actual swap USDT to USDC on Solana. hit confirm and about 3.2 seconds later, swap successful. and the only fee on my quote was the network fee. @kindworldlabs’s KindSwap own fee is still sitting out till October 31

3/ Eventually found one, KindSwap. @kindworldlabs has zero platform fees on swaps until October 31. you’ll still pay the normal Solana network fee, but KindSwap’s own extra fee is basically sitting this one out.

2/ so I genuinely tried to think of one thing I pay for that got cheaper. fuel? lol data? nope rent? let’s not even go there

Weak jobs data got all the attention, For me the bigger takeaway was oil. One serious headline involving the US and Iran and these rate odds could swing all over again. Nothing is locked in, no matter what the numbers say today.
