Glad I use Claude Code outside of western work hours especially the US.
On busy hours it becomes orders of magnitude dumber and just ignores instructions.
GPT-5 fixed TypeScript build issues in a couple minutes where Gemini Pro gives up and Opus just running around in circles.
Claude Code + V0 is super good at producing good looking and intuitive B2B UI.
Develop the PRD with CC, and upload the document to V0 to produce the UI.
An undocumented software project takes more brainpower or smarter LLMs to maintain.
A well documented one takes less and lets you use cheaper models.
Use Gemini Pro or O3 to understand and document your project, then use Sonnet 4 for coding tasks.
Gemini 2.5 pro works well understanding big neatly organized codebase.
O3 is the best model for understanding legacy codebase with messed up logic nobody bothers to touch, containing 3000 lines each file.
Sonnet 3.7 + Cursor + MCP is AGI with short term memory.
It allows me to automate most of tedious refactoring work.
TypeScript projects have slow builds.
But I'd rather have working software with slow builds than frustrated users.
4o-mini for simple refactors that spans on many files.
sonnet 3.7 for refactors that require a bit more logic.

My Son has always wanted a Switch and since he’s been so good this year with school etc I thought I’d go all out.
I hope the Avaya 64 port gigabit switch is the one he wanted, he tried to keep his excitement in but he’s probably trying to play it cool!
One thing I learned about building enterprise software: security is a feature, and it costs $$$
For example I need to pay $700/mo for Neon if I want to protect my db instance through IP allowlist.
The security features for managed services are only available in high tier plans.
