Court papers have been served on suspended National Police Commissioner Lt Gen Fannie Masemola.
MP Fadiel Adams is bringing an urgent review application challenging the NPA’s decision concerning the
criminal charges against Masemola in connection with the multi-million-rand tender awarded to businessman Vusi “Cat” Matlala.
It is understood that the sheriff served the papers on Masemola yesterday. A family member signed for the documents.
