日本企業が勝手に暴走したんじゃなく、国境港湾局の要請で先導され、20〜30分おきに車を止めて枯草を取り除くレベルで徹底的に安全対策をしてた中での不慮の事故なんですよね。日本企業側は誠心誠意お詫びをしている。
