CLARITY Act Delay May Not Stop Crypto After All
Crypto can continue growing even if the CLARITY Act stalls this week, Bitwise CIO Matt Hougan says.
He expects the SEC to introduce rules that could prove even more crypto friendly.
Hougan cited recent comments from SEC Chair Paul Atkins supporting regulatory action. He said traditional finance has already embraced blockchain and digital assets.
Still, he warned prolonged uncertainty could delay institutional adoption.
