Un día mi hijo me respondió: yo no te pedí que lo hicieras. Desde ese día dejé de hacer cualquier cosa por él sin que me lo pidiera. Él se fue varias veces sin desayunar , sin lunch y no encontró ropa limpia. No sé si él aprendió algo, yo aprendí a no resolver por otros.

My ideal day in the life would be: - wake up between 6-7am - make coffee, take the dog outside for a walk until rest of the family wakes up - have breakfast together - hit the gym - have lunch with my wife - after lunch, get another coffee and work on whatever interests me for whatever hours I feel like. maybe not work at all. - spend time with family after work. go out for dinner, watch a movie, anything - go to sleep around 11pm That's it. I don't want to meditate 1 hour at 4am and write journals at 6am. No productivity and self improvement larping. Just a relaxed life with my wife, kids and working out. I'd live to 120 without any Bryan Johnson techniques.

sitting in an airport lounge, headache within 30 minutes. last time i was here (SJO) co2 level was 1200-2000ppm in this lounge. i don't think we understand how bad air is in places like this and how negatively it affects us.
