To the Institute of National Remembrance (IPN) / Competent Authorities,
I am writing to formally report a potential violation of Article 256 of the Polish Penal Code, which strictly prohibits the public promotion and propagation of totalitarian ideologies, including communism.
Two Brazilian citizens currently residing in Poland are actively engaging in the promotion of communist political parties and ideology. While living under the protection of the Polish State, they continue to support and vote for far-left communist organizations in Brazilian elections, publicly celebrating these totalitarian movements.
