Wednesday just got bumped up to a Level 2 severe risk across Ohio, Pennsylvania, and New York, with damaging wind and large hail the top concerns and a tornado or two possible. Unusually cold air riding in a couple miles up over a warm, humid afternoon is the fuel, and forecasters expect two separate rounds of storms, one over the eastern Great Lakes and another sliding through Pennsylvania and New York later in the day.
