A difficult day for the industry. Thinking of everyone affected and the teams working around the clock. For onchain credit, moments like these are a reminder of why market structure matters, especially how risk is managed, shaped and contained. Morpho was intentionally built this way: - Markets are isolated. You choose which markets you're exposed to, and a problem in one market doesn't spread to the others. - Collateral isn't rehypothecated for everyone, it is a choice. - Counterparty exposure (eg sanctioned entity) can be controlled. Optional permissionning, like on Midnight or Vaults, lets participants define who can lend and borrow. None of this eliminates risk entirely. Individual markets can still see liquidity constraints and rate volatility over the coming days as DeFi absorbs the shock. But these design choices are meant to prevent systemic risk and limit contagion in moments like this. As more of finance moves onchain, thoughtful market structure will be fundamental to a more resilient financial system, especially if we want to be trusted by the world's largest players.

The famous multi market offer: nitter.cf/_t_omy/status/21128149… enjoy reading
did you know you can create 50 different lending offers with just one signature on Morpho Midnight? instead of signing each offer individually, Midnight's ratifier lets you sign a single Merkle root representing all 50 offers. when an offer is taken, its Merkle proof is verified against that root. here's why this is useful: 1. lets say you have $1,000 USDC and want to lend at a good rate 2. you quote 50 bps above the best available lending rate across 50 markets you like, with all offers sharing the same $1,000 limit 3. you sign once, then wait for a borrower to fill an offer 4. 50 opportunities to find a borrower, without needing $50k in capital! bonus: you can even use a callback to keep your $1,000 earning yield on Morpho Blue while waiting for an offer to fill.

Morpho is hitting new all-time highs almost every week. It is the fastest-growing DeFi lending protocol of 2026, driven by use cases less and less tied to crypto markets or crypto users... Much more soon :)
Morpho has been on a huge run lately. Over the past year, its TVL has surged from $9.3B to over $17 billion. That makes it the fastest-growing DeFi lending protocol in 2026.

It's now easier to assess a market's oracle configuration. The Morpho App breaks down a supported market's oracle by feed type, price per feed, who provides it, who can change it and more, directly from the source.

$2B+ in RWA market deposits on Morpho! Tokenizing assets is only step one. The real value is putting them to work as collateral for credit :) Institutions building with RWAs, DMs are open!
$2B+ in total deposits across RWA markets Morpho is where tokenized assets become productive by unlocking new financing opportunities onchain.

Morpho Vaults will soon be able allocate to Morpho Midnight. The hardest challenge for fixed-rate lending onchain has been attracting enough smart liquidity to make these markets work at scale. The Midnight Adapter make Midnight's fixed-rate, fixed-term markets accessible to ~$5B already deposited in Morpho Vaults. The adapter unlocks a new and much larger design space for vaults to differentiate on rates, duration, and liquidity: - Vaults won't be limited by just the Morpho Blue pools and will be able to allocate across variable-rate Blue markets and fixed-rate Midnight markets or P2P offers. - Vaults will be able to make intentional liquidity trade offs. Blue markets target 90% utilization, whereas Midnight markets are 100% utilized with a term. Higher utilization can increase returns with less available liquidity as a tradeoff, and vice versa. - Vaults can set their own terms. On Blue, vaults are price takers. On Midnight, vaults can configure risk, compliance, and liquidity parameters which it's willing to accept at a given rate. Connecting this massive pool of liquidity to Midnight is the single most important step to fully unlock fixed-rate lending onchain for the first time.
A new design space is coming to Morpho Vaults. With $5B+ in liquidity, Morpho Vaults will soon be able to allocate across both Morpho Blue and Midnight markets, unlocking new ways for curators to differentiate. Learn what the Midnight Adapter enables for Morpho Vaults ↓

Two very unique aspects of @Morpho's market & vault curation design that we dont talk about much: 1. Own your vault. When you own a Morpho Vault, the business belongs to you, not Morpho. You decide how it operates and responsibilities are delegated. Morpho has no special admin rights to take over your vault or revoke your ownership. 2. Neutral markets aggregate liquidity. No party can own the underlying markets so even users or businesses with competing interests can share the same markets. If markets were owned, it would lead to competition between markets and cause liquidity fragmentation

1/ @Morpho Midnight is more than "fixed rates onchain": real use cases are already plugging in: β†’ crypto-backed loans β†’ tokenized stocks β†’ receivables (coming soon) β†’ ... Here's why it matters 🧡

5/ For builders, everything is there: - Morpho SDK (viem, TypeScript) covers Midnight end to end: take offers, make offers, manage positions. - Midnight API for quotes and available offers. Plug a lending or borrowing use case in without rebuilding the stack. docs.morpho.org/developers/

6/ Next: receivables. Businesses borrowing against payments they've already earned but not yet received. An est. €4T+ market offchain today. Bringing it onchain is one more step toward the $200T global credit market. @PaulFrambot's full post πŸ‘‡ nitter.cf/PaulFrambot/status/211…
Today, we are releasing a new piece on the opportunity to bring receivables-backed credit onchain and the work we’ve been doing with Morpho Midnight to make these new markets possible! With each new credit market we onboard, we get closer to bringing the world’s $200T of credit onchain, one loan type at a time. More on this very soon!
