At the start of fall ball training with @PHCC_Baseball , we had four players total run 19+ mph. Today, 7 weeks later, we had 19 guys run 19+ mph, with two of them running 20 mph and one running 21 mph… I promise, the grind will come to light! #ZonedIn🐍
