Some agitate for reservations!
Some do dharna for pensions!
Some fight for benefits!
Some show might for elections!
But this is one fraternity which fights for extensions that too for someone else.
Dear CA fraternity, I truly admire your guts!
Keep seeking this extension and am with you.
Writ petitions now are annual ritual, so be it.
The real beneficiary will be business fraternity but rarely a representation from their side.

Hello @grok what do you say?
🚨 WARNING: SOMETHING EXTREMELY BAD JUST HAPPENED
Japan has dumped $160 BILLION in U.S. Treasuries after its stock market crashed 8% in just a few hours.
This is the largest treasury sell-off in decades.
They've officially hit the PANIC button.
Japan is sitting on a massive ¥30 TRILLION in bond losses.
And it's getting worse by the minute.
Over ¥21,000,000,000,000 has been wiped from Japan's stock market today.
This is NOT a normal market correction.
Something much bigger is happening behind the scenes.
Japan is aggressively selling U.S. Treasuries to stabilize the yen and prevent a total collapse.
Meanwhile, its gold reserves have climbed to an ALL-TIME HIGH.
Japan is reducing its exposure to dollar-based assets while continuing to accumulate gold.
And there's a clear reason behind it.
Japan is fighting to protect its currency.
The Bank of Japan is deploying its enormous foreign exchange reserves.
And U.S. Treasuries remain one of the largest and most liquid assets available.
But Japan isn't alone.
China is following a remarkably similar strategy.
China continues reducing its U.S. Treasury holdings while its gold reserves reach new ALL-TIME HIGHS.
Two of the world's largest economies are now moving in the same direction.
→ Japan is dumping U.S. Treasuries
→ Japan is expanding its gold reserves
→ China is dumping U.S. Treasuries
→ China is expanding its gold reserves
This is a major shift away from traditional dollar-based reserves.
And it's not necessarily because countries don't want dollars.
It's because they have NO OTHER OPTION.
The AI bubble is collapsing, and foreign markets are dumping every day.
China's AI stocks have collapsed nearly 50% in 3 months.
And this will extend far beyond Japan and China.
Japan has to save its own market and defend the yen.
China also wants to save its own market and gain financial independence.
And GOLD is becoming a central part of both strategies.
This is where the situation becomes extremely dangerous.
If Japan continues selling Treasuries, additional pressure will build across bond markets.
And China's selling will add even more pressure.
→ Increasing Treasury liquidations
→ Growing pressure on U.S. bond markets
→ Aggressive currency intervention
→ Accelerating gold accumulation
→ Declining dependence on the U.S. dollar
Japan isn't deliberately trying to destroy global markets.
They're trying to prevent a much larger financial crisis.
But those actions will create consequences throughout the global financial system.
And if other economies adopt the same strategy, the pressure on the U.S. market will intensify.
This is how the biggest market crash in history starts.
First, gradually.
Then, all at once.
And we're watching it all in real time.
I've spent decades studying financial markets and have called nearly every market top and bottom.
And I'm warning you right now:
The 2026-2027 cycle will be life-changing for those who are prepared.
Make sure you're one of them.
Follow and turn on notifications NOW.
Because by the time everyone else realizes what's happening, it will already be too late.
Right now I think it is very important for RBI to introduce some feature for customers to lock unwanted funds in their bank accounts.
Locked funds cannot be used or moved unless a customer goes to the bank and Aadhar verifies personally. Fixed Deposits too need this feature where they can't be liquidated online or by anyone.
All banks must be mandated to provide this feature immediately. And this feature must be tied to a flag that cannot be over-ridden by any employee, unless a customer personally authorizes, with a cool-off period before funds can be moved.
This is very important to do now because the threat of hacking and stealing Indians' money by India's adversary is very high due to advancements in AI and their pathetic economy.
In case of a hack, all these locked funds will make it difficult for the hacker to move them out via SWIFT, IMPS, RTGS or any means. This will help protect customers as well as banks and India.

How true is this?
🚨 Threat Actor Claims Massive Breach of AU Small Finance Bank, Alleging 1.2 TB Data Leak
A threat actor has posted a claim on an underground forum alleging a significant data breach at AU Small Finance Bank, one of India's leading small finance banks. The actor claims to have compromised the bank's full database and is offering the stolen data for sale for $8,500. The post directly contradicts the bank's official statement issued in late October 2026, which attributed the incident to a limited data leak involving a third-party Salesforce SaaS platform affecting only vehicle loan customers.
The actor alleges that the bank's own core systems were breached, not just the external SaaS platform. According to the forum post, the stolen dataset totals 1.2 TB and contains over 1 billion records. The actor claims the bank is downplaying the severity of the incident to avoid regulatory scrutiny and customer panic.
The alleged compromised data includes:
- 3,846,888 complete KYC identity records containing PAN, Aadhaar numbers, dates of birth, mobile numbers, emails, full addresses, and family names
- 2,282,619 live customer accounts
- 1,917,657 exposed bank account numbers
- 938,403,770 core banking transaction and servicing records
- 30,266,393 credit bureau, CIBIL, and FICO risk dossiers
- 72,241,539 loan book, collateral, sanction, and insurance records
- 2,871,796 signed loan agreements, scanned cheques, and customer signatures
AU Small Finance Bank, headquartered in Chennai, serves millions of customers across India with a focus on financial inclusion. The exposure of Aadhaar numbers and PAN details poses severe risks of identity theft and financial fraud for the affected individuals. The actor also provided links to sample files hosted on various file-sharing services to verify the authenticity of the dump.
At the time of reporting, the alleged breach has not been independently verified. While the bank has acknowledged a security incident related to a third-party platform, the extent of the compromise claimed by the threat actor remains unconfirmed by independent security researchers or regulatory bodies.
Hi @grok kindly verify the news for me?
🚨 128 BANKS ACROSS WESTERN JAPAN JUST WENT DARK AT THE SAME TIME.
Shinkin banks from Tokai west, all the way to Kyushu. A system failure on a Friday afternoon.
ATMs: OFF
Teller counters at 3,430 branches: OFF
Internet banking: OFF
Transfers to other banks: OFF
Fully unavailable. The money is still in the accounts. Customers can't get it out.
→ 27 banks hit in Kansai and Tokushima alone
→ ALL 8 in Fukuoka prefecture
→ Seto Shinkin cards blocked even at convenience-store ATMs
→ paper "SUSPENDED" signs stuck on ATMs in Osaka
Not a war. Not a bank run. No sign of a hack.
The suspected cause: broken communications equipment at the West Japan Center of ONE shared system that 236 shinkin banks run on.
One center failed. 128 of those 236 banks froze with it.
As of Friday evening in Japan, still NO time given for a fix.
3 days ago it was Paraguay. 3 million customers locked out of Ueno Bank, $380 million of the state pension fund stuck inside.
Now it's 128 banks in Japan.
The financial lockdown is getting BIGGER.
Paraguay got no warning. Japan got no warning. Follow me today, or you'll wish you had when your own bank's screen goes dark.

In MG Traders, the GSTAT upheld a penalty under Section 129(3) for transporting goods with an expired e-way bill (caused by a vehicle breakdown), reaffirming that statutory penalties apply irrespective of whether intent to evade tax (mens rea) is established.

Holy Shit. In a new critical advisory issued TODAY, India's cyber agency CERT-In says hackers are using AI-assisted tools to attack financial institutions, exploiting payment APIs and testing transfers with just ₹1 before moving larger sums.
CERT-In identifies the group as CRAFTY FALCON and says it is using FOUR publicly available AI offensive-security systems: ARTEX, PentAGI, Cairn and CyberStrikeAI.
The campaign is still succeeding against fintechs and NBFCs, including firms that had already been warned and attempted remediation. Some were deliberately targeted AGAIN, while attackers are timing intrusions around weekends and holidays when security monitoring is lower.
Hi @grok is it true as per your sources?

Confirmed. NYT reported Musk directed about $474 million to Republican PACs and candidates in the 2026 midterms—the most by any non-candidate. Democrats took both chambers of Congress in a sweep, with key losses including the Texas Senate race he heavily funded.

🚨 BREAKING: Hackers are hitting the world's money system in 7 places at the same time.
This is what Covid looked like in week 1. A few banks. A few apps. Nobody called it a crisis.
1/ France: more than €118 million (about $133 million) was pulled out of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa over several days and turned into crypto. Today its app was down and EVERY transfer was blocked. The bank says customers lose nothing.
2/ Belgium: on October 28, the federal finance ministry said a cyberattack hit it. The online tax portal was SHUT and tax deadlines will be pushed back.
3/ Eurozone: on October 22, the European Central Bank, the bank behind the euro, confirmed that attackers planted malware on one of its websites.
4/ South Korea: at least 9 banks targeted since late September by an attacker using an AI hacking agent. At Shinhan Bank alone, about 25,000 customers had their names, phone numbers, incomes and loan limits exposed.
5/ Japan: hackers broke into GMO Internet and demanded $50 million in crypto. The prime minister promised an emergency anti-cyberattack package.
6/ At least 14 countries: China-linked hackers used AI agents to attack 200+ organisations in just 11 days. Finance was on the target list.
7/ Crypto: more than $6 billion drained from Binance hot wallets on 11 blockchains on October 29, most of it in about 30 minutes. The FBI says North Korea did it.
Now zoom out.
Hackers now send AI agents to do the work. The French money left over several days before the bank confirmed anything. Fake IDs passed the crypto exchanges' checks. About $63 million in stablecoins became 27,553 Ether in 4 hours. Part of it vanished into Monero, a coin built to hide who sends and who receives.
Covid locked the streets. This time the lock is on the bank app, and €118 million is already gone. Nobody is calling this a crisis yet. But central bankers already plan for the day the hackers get in.
The G7 agreed to run drills that simulate AI attacks on banks. The ECB gave eurozone banks until October 31 to hand in AI cyber defence plans. And last month the IMF chief warned we may end up with "lots of people with shoeboxes under their beds."
We confirm every attack on banks and exchanges before we post it. Follow for the next confirmed case, and share this with anyone whose salary lands in a bank account.

The core claims are accurate per BBC, AP, Reuters and Paraguayan outlets.
Central bank put Ueno into resolution Nov 3 after solvency fell below half the legal minimum. ~3M clients (about 60% of adults) lost app/card/ATM access. ~$380M in IPS pension funds is frozen. Peña held shares in the holding company until March 2025; the central-bank chief he appointed in 2023 previously ran Ueno and resigned at his request. CEO and several executives detained. Protests hit Asunción with calls for Peña’s exit and opposition impeachment moves. 1995 crisis did collapse over half the banks. Deposit insurance covers most up to ~$38k.
