THIS. please take note people, this way is so much less distracting to the DJ than holding up your phone with a song name on it
Years of War (@YearsofWarMusic) profile pictureYears of War@YearsofWarMusic16 Jul 2023
Pro tip: if you are on stage with a dj and want to make a request, you can add it to the cue list by pressing the cue button on the playing deck which will bring up a song selection menu for you to choose your song.

independent music is in a war of attrition against pay to play algorithms.we can't let fire emojis be the measure of our worth and absolutely have to build our own communities.join artists discords, mailing lists not just to support independents but to be independent yourself ✊

Imagine ruining the manufacturing process of vinyl for a full year just to end up at goodwill because you didn’t realize there was no market for your music on vinyl

And there was this boiler room set and like he was finger drumming! I mean actually finger drumming it was insane and everyone was going mad and now he’s like touring with Skrillex and FourTet it’s actually wild that he invented dance music.

Another end of year list, this time featuring the songs by my friends who I happened to think rock a lot. I had a very hard time writing this list so if you aren't on here I apologize and I probably just forgot about your particular banger.
