We want to extend our condolences to friends and family of former Xavier basketball standout Jim Boothe, who passed away this week. Boothe, a 1957 Xavier graduate, will be remembered by many for leading Xavier to its first two NIT appearances in 1956 and 1957, being a part of the first-ever Xavier Athletics Hall of Fame Class in 1981 and for his infectious smile and personality. Boothe’s importance went well beyond basketball at Xavier as a teacher, an advisor and an administrator that impacted countless lives of students and educators in the University’s Education Department. R.I.P. Dr. James W. Boothe, Jr.

Teams with the most NCAA Tournament wins over the last 10 tournaments (2015-present).
These 24 teams are the only ones with 10+ wins, and Gonzaga leads with 28.

What is preventing the Catholic Church from giving the Catholic 7 like $25 mil a year so we can just be nasty at basketball and also spread the word of God?
