Had a great time at Nike indoor nationals this weekend! Didn’t get the results we were hoping for, but jumped 5.18m against some great competition! Finally was able to get a better extension in the air, super excited to put all the indoor work and transfer it to outdoor!
Had a good jump day today at Bethel! jumped 17-6.75 in long jump and 34-7.50 in triple jump! looking forward to running the 4x200 in Nike nationals and hopefully qualifying provisional in long jump!

Had an AMAZING breakthrough today in long jump, with a jump of 18'5.25” (5.63m) at the MSHSL State meet! Our 4x200 and 4x100 both advanced to finals on Thursday!
