I love that in pro sport where nutritionists, sports scientists, analysts and a million other experts reign supreme - there’s still scope for β€˜go to a farm, run up a hill, carry heavy things, work in the soil’. Something pure in that. As anyone who’s done it will tell you.

Lesotho Male Marathoner Khoarahlane Seutloali took first place at the Two Oceans Marathon this morning. His country men Lebello Mopenyane, Lebenta Nkoka and Lekhotla Pulinyane came in 6, 7 and 8 respectively making the top 10 finishers.
