Jesus Son of Mary Mosque (Masjid Isa ibn Maryam) names a mosque after the Islamic Jesus: a prophet born of Mary, not God, not crucified, not risen.
That is not the Jesus of Christianity.
Christians worship Jesus as the eternal Son of God who died on the cross for sin and rose from the dead. Islam explicitly denies all three. Sharing a name is not sharing the same Christ.
“Who do you say that I am?” is not a branding exercise.
