Used Omarchy 4.5 all day and so far the experience has been amazing. Especially loving the floating window layout even though I was a bit hesitant to use it initially. And as always, why not customize it however you want if you can😎

so here's a little untold story about one of the people behind @EFDevcon finally happening in India!
meet @denverjude ceo of @devfolio
they've been pulling off hackathons with 1,000+ participants, organising @ETHIndiaco and some absolute banger events over the years!
Denver has been attending Devcon across countries since 2023, with a unintentional urge to bring it to India someday.
and ever since Devcon India was announced, i've been seeing him constantly show up, working alongside @OrnellaWeb3 helping with @ethmumbai events, and putting in the effort behind Devcon preparations.
during the opening ceremony, @nethan_eth gave him a shoutout: "my friend Denver, CEO of Devfolio, brought OG projects from India."
i can only imagine how much that moment meant to him. years of hoping for something, working towards it, and finally seeing it happen. and all of this have been possible due the 10000% efforts poured by entire Devfolio team!
and this is just one story. there are thousands more who've given their time, energy, and so much more to make this happen.
today belongs to every single one of you'all folks. everyone who dreamed of this, worked behind the scenes, volunteered, attended & simply showed up to be part of it. we all made this happen, together! 🫶🏼

Now this is the kind of category I like the most.
Weekend hack: HackerTube. I was annoyed with YouTube's recommendations so I had Claude filter down 43M comments over 20 years of HN to 6,454 videos that keep being recommended. *Significantly* better viewing experience, ~2 hours with Opus 5.5:

- Excellent recs without any logins (state is kept in local browser session)
- Thumbnail is a representative frame from middle of the video instead of the super duper A/B test hyper-optimized user uploads
- Underlying data from the comment analysis as one zip file, point your Claude at it and ask for your own version

A bit more on the process:
I use Claude Code (desktop app for Mac), Opus 5.5 on Medium effort as my default. I only talk to Claude and have it do everything, the only "manual work" I helped with in tandem was in the browser (reminiscent of MenuGen): 1) I had to create some kind of API key from Google Cloud UI to query YouTube for video metadata, 2) I booted up a VPS box for serving and 3) I bought the domain name. Once the box was up I gave Claude the IP and told it update, secure, harden, deploy and optimize the code, and it did the whole thing.
Many awesome projects that would have normally taken weeks/months even can now be few-shotted for breakfast. What else are we not thinking of.
i might be wrong but in today's world, willingness and excitement to work on something matter a lot
it's like sport, experience helps you decide how to play in certain conditions, but on a given day your mindset to adapt and give your best improves your chances of a better outcome
