My female colleague caught me kissing another colleague in my office.
It was lunchtime, and all my colleagues were in the canteen. After about 15 minutes, one of my female colleagues suddenly opened the door. We didn't even notice her until she cleared her throat.
I was shocked. She didn't knock.
She immediately turned and left, and the colleague I was with followed her.
That night, the colleague who caught us sent me a message:
“I'm going to report you to HR tomorrow.”
I started begging her, but her next message shocked me:
“I want the same from you. Deal?”

One of the tenants in my compound got married, and our landlord gifted him a Toyota Corolla.
He told us he was getting married and invited our landlord. Our landlord assured him that he would surprise him on his wedding day.
During the wedding reception, our landlord gifted him and his wife a brand-new Toyota Corolla. The couple rolled on the floor, thanking him.
The following month, the two remaining single men in our compound fixed their wedding dates.
One of them bought wine worth ₦20k to invite our landlord.
On his wedding day, our landlord didn't show up. The guy wasn't happy. Our landlord didn't even ask him how the wedding went, let alone give him anything.
Last week, he divorced his wife.
We asked him what the problem was, and he said, “My expectations weren't met.”

I was on TikTok and a lady was telling a story about a girl who was dated this man and they broke up and after some time the guy went abroad. I can’t remember how it reconnected with a girl, but they settled.D.
So the guy insisted he wants to marry the girl and told her that she has to get pregnant first. She was thinking the guy wants to come to Nigeria, but he insisted that it doesn’t matter, she can get pregnant for anybody. He just wants to confirm that she’s fertile.
She had a one night stand and told him she was pregnant after sometime, he accepted. He was excited. Then he told her that he will be coming back in seven months to fully marry her. When it was time for him to come back he told her he actually did that as revenge for her, leaving him.
I just cannot believe that it is possible for a normal human being created by God to be this stupid.

I carried Buyer go Computer Village to buy Laptop. After checking everything, opening system, testing battery, verifying serial number, and agreed on price the buyer said "bro, I no like this one, make we dey go.” I said okay, no wahala.
I still told the shop owner “baba no worry, I go come tomorrow with another buyer.”
Then we comot. I branch for Ikeja Under Bridge get snacks and drink, I leave those buyers make dem dey go on their own.
Ah ah, after like 20 minutes, the Shop Owner call me say “Shey you send those people back? Dem don return come my shop say dem wan pay for the laptop o, you dey aware?” I say NO o!
Na so him tell them say him no fit sell for that price again 😂😂
Na another person wey I carry go the next day later pay for the Laptop. GOOD DEAL.

We held a meeting in our office this morning to discuss the burial arrangements for our boss's mother.
We discussed the drinks and the amount of money we would contribute towards the burial. After everything, each colleague was asked to contribute ₦10,000.
We started contributing immediately, and one of our colleagues announced that he was donating ₦50,000 to support the burial preparations. He transferred the money immediately, and everyone thanked him.
Then one of our colleagues said he should also pay the ₦10,000 levy, and others supported him.
I told them that someone who had already donated ₦50,000 shouldn't be included in the levy again.
They disagreed, arguing that the ₦50,000 was a voluntary donation while the ₦10,000 was a compulsory levy.
The man walked in and overheard them insisting that he must pay the ₦10,000 levy. He got angry and asked for the ₦50,000 he had donated to be refunded.
The money was transferred back to him.
Now they're saying I ruined everything.

My neighbor sponsored his 26-year-old younger brother to the UK in 2024.
The younger brother would always complain about how boring and lonely life was in the UK, but my neighbor kept encouraging him.
“Don’t worry, you’ll soon get used to the environment.”
He eventually completed his master’s degree last year.
After that, he approached my neighbor and asked if he could help sponsor his girlfriend to the UK too.
“Bring your girlfriend to the UK? That won’t be possible. She should ask her family members to run that for her,” my neighbor replied.
His brother insisted that if my neighbor refused to help him bring his girlfriend over, he would leave the UK and return to Nigeria to meet her.
My neighbor stood his ground.
Early this year, his younger brother returned to Nigeria without informing him. He rented an apartment and started living with his girlfriend.
No job, no business, just the little money he had managed to save while in the UK.
Eventually, he ran out of money, and the girlfriend broke up with him.
“I thought you had made it already. So people in the UK are suffering too?” she told him.
Now, my neighbor’s younger brother is begging him to send him back to the UK.
My neighbor told him, “Over my dead body!”

My own was last year, they tracked me down about the post I made about two Senators( names withheld).
I was detained at Panti police station,Lagos before they flew me to Abuja. I spent nearly 4 months at FCID, Abuja.
Many critics you are no longer seeing their posts under this govt are mostly in detention.
