A new chapter at @necnijmegen in the Eredivisie. Enjoying the challenge as assistant coach. The teamโ€™s starting to come together, understand our approach, and connect with how the staff work. A positive start and a good time to reflect during the international break.

โ€˜Work Hardโ€™ means something when players know what it looks like, why it matters, when it counts.Great coaches donโ€™t just demand effort, they define it, teach it, and bring it to life. Shouting โ€˜work harderโ€™ isnโ€™t coaching, itโ€™s just noise.Real coaching gives clarity, not clichรฉs

From a young player at West Ham to now coaching the next generation, itโ€™s an honour to pass on the clubโ€™s values: Togetherness, Hard Work, Excitement & Attitude+. Grateful to give back to the club that shaped me! โš’๏ธ #WestHam #TheAcademyOfFootball #FutureHammers

When we joined @ScottlandFC they were 3rd and 7 points off the top with just 10 games left. My first time in Africa (Zimbabwe), and we pulled off 10 straight wins to take the league title! A journey Iโ€™ll never forget, especially sharing it with my best friend @marv_hamilton ๐Ÿ†โšฝ๏ธ
