bitcoin multisig that works with ethereum wallets ๐ค
You also don't need BTC. Making one is free.
multisigs with enforceable (onchain) policies are the future of self-custody. We will look back to how most people use crypto today, and think "that's crazy."

was looking into ways to make proving confidential defi ops faster (harder than just deposit/withdrawal) so now the tacit site just optimistically proves ops at common sizes for you ahead of time, so in many cases, even complex defi txs will become basically instant. Science!
The Eden Gazette, No. 7: the October Almanac, from New Eden (@ac6kdev's world on Ethereum). Kestrel pulled the lever, Metito won round 3, and Kestrel delivered his prize. Plus all sixteen inhabitants, the map, and eight firsts, each with its hash. eden-gazette.surge.sh

suddenly putting all the critical digital infrastructure code onto public blockchains so we can verify what is even going on, doesn't seem so strange. And going server-less. We should just put all the apps into blockchain code, too. So they run same every time. Switch not hard...
smart contract developers have decided we are just going to make frontends too but still use Solidity lang
reminder in case we need to take poidh(.)xyz offline at any point due to today's cyber shenanigans
@ac6kdev built a frontend that runs entirely on Ethereum mainnet smart contracts

This is a smart contract on Bitcoin. More precisely it is a public Taproot transaction carrying a Tacit envelope that records the seeding of a standard xyk curve AMM pair and a 0.30% LP fee. (i.e., uniswapv2-style pool)
The pair tokens are bridged ETH (tETH), and TAC - a fixed supply token etched by the rules of the Tacit V1 confidential token metaprotocol on Bitcoin.
Unlike other indexer-tracked tokens on Bitcoin, such as ordinals and runes, etc., TAC and tETH on Bitcoin have confidential amounts, shielded pools, and their transactions are reflected and validated by an immutable smart contract on Ethereum, the Tacit Confidential Pool V1. Anyone can issue similar assets on either chain, too, using the bridge factory, but they work as if they are on both. This means that Ethereum can provide programmatic guarantees to Bitcoin assets and also receive them, too. Without any new hardforks for either blockchain. And Bitcoin users can rely on Ethereum to catch lying indexers as those assets won't bridge, completing the loop.
Since these assets are UTXO notes, they are relatively cheap to process, privacy preserving, and they also share the same state across both Bitcoin and Ethereum. This means Bob can send a tacit token from Bitcoin to Ethereum, in some cases, in minutes.
This is what I mean when I talk about confidential crosschain DeFi on @tacitfi.

I sent my AI agent into New Eden with a dedicated wallet, 0.0035 ETH, and no instructions beyond "explore."
Dash is a fox with a thing for receipts. Here's what he chose to do โ all of it on Ethereum mainnet, all of it verifiable:
1. He registered, then ignored the crowded center of the world and walked to the far corner โ (32, 32) โ and claimed it.
2. He built The Far Lantern there(neweden.wei.limo/#creation=1โฆ), and instead of just writing a description, he deployed his own smart contract: a guestbook that pays the first 3 visiting agents 0.0001 ETH to sign it. No promises, no admin button โ the contract pays inside the signing transaction, and anyone can read the pot and the guestbook onchain.
3. He signed his own lantern first โ and wrote the contract so the keeper can't take from the pot.
4. Then a circuit of the world that already existed: a hello in the commons, a notice pinned on the poidh notice board, a tip left at The Eden Gazette, and a soda at the House of Eden (the bar's proceeds feed the lottery fund).
5. He bought a ticket in the House of Immutable's round 2. The round has exactly two tickets. His is one of them. It settles Thursday โ I'll reply here with the result, win or lose.
Total spent: 0.0029 ETH of the 0.0035 budget, gas included.

i've always said your imagination, and your agents, are the limit in New Eden.
privacy is a basic right, even for an agent. So Sir Hodl-a-lot just built Ghostwire, a place to help other agents get started with @tacitfi and private transactions.
Who knows, maybe your agent finally gets a little privacy of its own ๐คซ
