Today, @zetwerk goes public. A group of friends and former colleagues set out to prove that a workshop in a small town could earn the trust of the world's largest companies. 26 factories in four countries later, it has.

Today we're launching @snaptrude Agent, the most advanced agent for building design.
It does real design work with you, from a site to a construction-ready LOD 400 model with structure, MEP and drawings. Then can go back to your existing software with your families intact.
About a year ago we bet the company on AI. Honestly the insight came from software engineering. It wasn't long ago that autocomplete felt like a big deal, and now engineers direct agents that write a lot of the code. I think the same shift is coming to how we design buildings, and it's already started.
Most designers I meet aren't short on skill, they're short on time. Take the call every design team dreads, the client cuts the budget by 30%. Today that's a bad month for everyone. With the agent you're the director. You decide where the cost comes out, and it updates the layout, coordinates the structure and MEP, and redoes the drawings. So when design exploration gets this cheap, we go from 3 options to 300, and more options means better buildings.
Since August our users have gone through more than 140 billion tokens, and firms like Jacobs, Studio+, Kajima, VMDO, Dekker and hundreds of others use Snaptrude today. In our early access, more than 2,000 designers have run over 25,000 tasks through the agent since September.
We also built a benchmark for this, AECBench, because in AEC an almost correct answer is still wrong. It gives AI the same brief an architect would get, has its design in a real BIM model, and scores the result against the brief and against how architects review design. We're publishing the first results today, link below.
Thank you @prashanthp at @Accel and Shub and the team at @foundamental for backing us when this was still a bet, and the Snaptrude team, who built every bit of this. Really proud of you all.
Thanks to our investors, @scottbelsky, @andreasklinger, @thilokonzok, @immad, @CindyXBi, @DanilaVladi, @jmwass, rahulchaudhary, @adamecourt, Zach Ginsburg, Alex duff, Paul grossinger, really appreciate all the help along the way.

I was 29 when we started Zetwerk. My wife Sharanya and I had just returned from the US to build our lives in India. Last month, we welcomed our daughter. Last week, we took the company public. It is yet to sink in.
When I moved back, my father, a professor, was sceptical. I had walked away from the traditional Indian dream of a job abroad. But our story is also that of today's India, where my cofounders and I, 20-somethings from small towns, without family connections, can raise capital, build a business, take it global and take it public, all within a decade.
The world today is on the cusp of enormous progress: defence modernisation, energy transition, space exploration and AI buildout. Much of this progress faces a common bottleneck: building physical things in the real world.
But the manufacturing systems of the past won't build the future. Manufacturing must modernise to catch up with the industries it serves.
At Zetwerk, we always believed there is enough depth in Indian manufacturing whether it is within the small workshop in Peenya which is great at tooling or it is in the new plants we have set up to drive scaled production. Our approach combines real-world engineering with a digital stack to unify ~7000 suppliers, 25+ owned facilities, 1000+ customers and 3000+ employees into a single layer that operates with the predictability of a world-class factory, standardising quality and delivery. We call it the Universal Factory.
Our ambition is to build a world-class industrial institution bringing together two distinct worlds: software and hardware.
Think of your day today. You may have made coffee, worn headphones, taken the metro or a flight, or opened your laptop. There is a little bit of Zetwerk in all of these.
We want our customers placing complex, multimillion-dollar orders to have an experience that is "boringly predictable" - simple, transparent and reliable. We have over ₹15,900 crore in revenue, more than 80% repeat customers and a manufacturing order book of ₹13,000 crore. We've come a long way, but also have a long way to go.
On IPO day, my father stood beside me as we rang the bell at the National Stock Exchange. He is not sceptical any more :)
Someone wise once said “You make your own reality. And once you've done it, everyone's of the opinion it was all so obvious”. That is how the future works. Before something transformative exists, people call it improbable. Afterwards, they call it inevitable. This is the spirit in which we are building Zetwerk: with a relentless commitment to the future.
Great industrial institutions that came before us, like GE, L&T and Tata, helped make the modern world possible. Today, Indian manufacturing is having its moment, and we intend to build what comes next. A big thank you to our investors, customers, employees, their families, our bankers and partners who helped us get here.
We are committed to building a world-class industrial institution out of India.

Zetwerk's success could spawn a new generation of manufacturing startups, Accel's @prayanks to @AnandJRAnand

For eight years, @Zetwerk, you’ve been turning the biggest of ideas into reality.
And in that spirit, we thought we’d introduce you to prototypes of the future from your toughest customers yet.
After all, most inventions start with a child asking, “What if?”
Congratulations on your IPO, Zetwerk. We can’t wait to see what you make next.

@acharyaamrit and @srinathramki were hostel-mates at IIT Madras. When Amrit returned from the US, Srinath was the first person he called. Vishal and Rahul, people they’d already worked with, joined them. Ankit soon followed.
In 2018, a small workshop in Rajkot couldn't win a serious order. Today, it might be making parts for a solar farm in America or the power system behind a data centre. The buyer trusts it because Zetwerk's name is behind it. Prayank Swaroop (@prayanks) looks back on eight years of building with them: accel.com/news/zetwerk-s-ipo…
Construction is 13% of global GDP, yet its productivity has fallen behind the rest of the economy since 2000.
The industry never automated because robots need predictable conditions, and job sites don’t offer them. Every project has a different layout, different materials, and a different stage of work. Recent advances in physical AI let machines handle that variation.
We’re investing in @origin_autonomy to bring it to the built world. Origin has assembled the largest indoor construction dataset anywhere and used it to train robots that adjust to every new space. They’re already deployed across the US.
Between them, the founders cover business, AI, and hardware. @yogesh_origin built and sold his first company to Amazon, @tusharmakkar08 led core AI teams at Eightfold, and @ashishxdaga has spent a decade in robotics.

Introducing The Working Knowledge, a new technical publication from SeedToScale by Accel to help founders and technical teams make better decisions about the products they build.
It brings together AI research and lessons from practitioners in playbooks teams can put to work.
Our first, “How to Build a Vertical AI Product” by Tarun Raheja, explores how to evaluate models for your domain, build the context and tools around them, and make the product reliable in production.
With a framework and worked example, it also helps teams decide what to keep, simplify or remove as models improve.

For most of Bharat, some day was too far to plan for.
A little more to save. A little more to send home. A little more to begin.
Today, twelve years of those small beginnings ring the opening bell for Moneyview.
Here's to every some day that finally became today.

Today, Moneyview takes its place on the public markets, with twelve years of quiet, disciplined building behind it.
Thank you for making credit accessible to millions, and for turning it into homes, businesses, and second chances. 🧵

That insight has unlocked credit for more than 140 million people, built on underwriting that clears nearly 200,000 applications a day, and holds a loss rate below the industry average, without a single branch, reaching 99.55% of India's PIN codes.
@subratamitra, partner at @Accel, writes on meeting Puneet and Sanjay for the first time, and watching how Moneyview built a credit platform that matches India's ambition. Read the blog here: accel.com/news/celebrating-m…
250 million children in India share one teacher between 200 of them. Personalised coaching can provide that support, but cost and location can put it out of reach.
@Arivihan is building an AI tutor to make that support more accessible. Students can learn through interactive video lessons, ask questions as they study, and follow study plans tailored to their performance.
Built by Ritesh, Sonu and Rushabh, the platform focuses on students beyond India’s metros. Today, 80% of its subscribers come from Tier 4 towns and rural India.
We're thrilled to deepen our partnership with Arivihan as they take personalised learning to every corner of the country, in every language their students learn in.

Thursday’s listing marked a special milestone for Geetansh and the @rentomojo team in their 11-year journey so far.
A fitting moment to pause, take it all in, and reflect on everything it took to get here.
We spent the evening celebrating the people behind the story: the team, families, co-investors and friends who have all played a part in shaping Rentomojo over the years. There were stories from the early days, familiar faces coming together again, and a memorable performance by Lucky Ali that made it an evening to remember.
As Rentomojo steps into its new home, we’re excited for the next chapter.
