Today we're launching @snaptrude Agent, the most advanced agent for building design. It does real design work with you, from a site to a construction-ready LOD 400 model with structure, MEP and drawings. Then can go back to your existing software with your families intact. About a year ago we bet the company on AI. Honestly the insight came from software engineering. It wasn't long ago that autocomplete felt like a big deal, and now engineers direct agents that write a lot of the code. I think the same shift is coming to how we design buildings, and it's already started. Most designers I meet aren't short on skill, they're short on time. Take the call every design team dreads, the client cuts the budget by 30%. Today that's a bad month for everyone. With the agent you're the director. You decide where the cost comes out, and it updates the layout, coordinates the structure and MEP, and redoes the drawings. So when design exploration gets this cheap, we go from 3 options to 300, and more options means better buildings. Since August our users have gone through more than 140 billion tokens, and firms like Jacobs, Studio+, Kajima, VMDO, Dekker and hundreds of others use Snaptrude today. In our early access, more than 2,000 designers have run over 25,000 tasks through the agent since September. We also built a benchmark for this, AECBench, because in AEC an almost correct answer is still wrong. It gives AI the same brief an architect would get, has its design in a real BIM model, and scores the result against the brief and against how architects review design. We're publishing the first results today, link below. Thank you @prashanthp at @Accel and Shub and the team at @foundamental for backing us when this was still a bet, and the Snaptrude team, who built every bit of this. Really proud of you all. Thanks to our investors, @scottbelsky, @andreasklinger, @thilokonzok, @immad, @CindyXBi, @DanilaVladi, @jmwass, rahulchaudhary, @adamecourt, Zach Ginsburg, Alex duff, Paul grossinger, really appreciate all the help along the way.

I was 29 when we started Zetwerk. My wife Sharanya and I had just returned from the US to build our lives in India. Last month, we welcomed our daughter. Last week, we took the company public. It is yet to sink in. When I moved back, my father, a professor, was sceptical. I had walked away from the traditional Indian dream of a job abroad. But our story is also that of today's India, where my cofounders and I, 20-somethings from small towns, without family connections, can raise capital, build a business, take it global and take it public, all within a decade. The world today is on the cusp of enormous progress: defence modernisation, energy transition, space exploration and AI buildout. Much of this progress faces a common bottleneck: building physical things in the real world. But the manufacturing systems of the past won't build the future. Manufacturing must modernise to catch up with the industries it serves. At Zetwerk, we always believed there is enough depth in Indian manufacturing whether it is within the small workshop in Peenya which is great at tooling or it is in the new plants we have set up to drive scaled production. Our approach combines real-world engineering with a digital stack to unify ~7000 suppliers, 25+ owned facilities, 1000+ customers and 3000+ employees into a single layer that operates with the predictability of a world-class factory, standardising quality and delivery. We call it the Universal Factory. Our ambition is to build a world-class industrial institution bringing together two distinct worlds: software and hardware. Think of your day today. You may have made coffee, worn headphones, taken the metro or a flight, or opened your laptop. There is a little bit of Zetwerk in all of these. We want our customers placing complex, multimillion-dollar orders to have an experience that is "boringly predictable" - simple, transparent and reliable. We have over ₹15,900 crore in revenue, more than 80% repeat customers and a manufacturing order book of ₹13,000 crore. We've come a long way, but also have a long way to go. On IPO day, my father stood beside me as we rang the bell at the National Stock Exchange. He is not sceptical any more :) Someone wise once said “You make your own reality. And once you've done it, everyone's of the opinion it was all so obvious”. That is how the future works. Before something transformative exists, people call it improbable. Afterwards, they call it inevitable. This is the spirit in which we are building Zetwerk: with a relentless commitment to the future. Great industrial institutions that came before us, like GE, L&T and Tata, helped make the modern world possible. Today, Indian manufacturing is having its moment, and we intend to build what comes next. A big thank you to our investors, customers, employees, their families, our bankers and partners who helped us get here. We are committed to building a world-class industrial institution out of India.

Introducing The Working Knowledge, a new technical publication from SeedToScale by Accel to help founders and technical teams make better decisions about the products they build. It brings together AI research and lessons from practitioners in playbooks teams can put to work. Our first, “How to Build a Vertical AI Product” by Tarun Raheja, explores how to evaluate models for your domain, build the context and tools around them, and make the product reliable in production. With a framework and worked example, it also helps teams decide what to keep, simplify or remove as models improve. Explore The Working Knowledge and download the playbook: seedtoscale.com/the-working-…

QOSMIC has been granted a US patent by the United States Patent and Trademark Office. We've been working toward this for just under a year, and it's a proud day for the whole team. For decades, optical ground stations have been built around one assumption: if you want to collect more light from a satellite, you need a bigger telescope. Past a point, that stopped making sense. Our optical ground station uses an array of phased telescopes acting as one aperture. It's the architecture behind ARGUS, and it turns a ground station from a fixed piece of infrastructure into something modular, that scales with the constellation it serves. Both uplink and downlink. Why this matters now: as satellite data moves from radio to light, the ground has to keep up. The constellations going up need far more data brought down, faster and more efficiently than today's stations can manage. This patent embodies the core of how we solve that. The ground stations of the next era won't look like the ones we have today. This is just the start, and we're moving fast. @Jain_Shrey_ @RohitKR79 @aalokelab @AccelIndia @AccelAtoms @Accel @spc @artparkindia @spc_india @_pagarwal @MBalachand90142 @prateekmehta42 @ankitcc @adityaag @JPBrebner @nayankote

Our 2026 Founders Factory report is now live! Europe and Israel's startup ecosystem has entered a new phase. Employees from 322 VC-backed unicorns have gone on to found more than 2,300 startups across the region, raising over $42B and creating a self-sustaining ecosystem where talent, experience and capital compound with each generation of founders. At the same time, AI is accelerating this momentum, creating a new generation of companies that are scaling from zero to unicorn status in record time. In this year's report, produced in partnership with @dealroomco and @RevelioLabs, we explore: ➡️ How more than 2,300 startups have emerged from Europe and Israel's unicorn founder factories ➡️ How AI is creating Europe’s fastest-ever unicorns, with 1 in 5 new unicorns since 2023 reaching a $1B valuation in under 2 years ➡️ Which European startup ecosystems are creating the most founder factories, with London producing more than any other city while Sweden’s founder factories generate nearly 3 times more startups per unicorn than the European average ➡️ How the archetype of Europe’s newest unicorn founders is changing, with today’s founders more likely to come from Big Tech and academia Read the full report here ⬇️ accel.com/founder-factory

We brought @Google's @AIFuturesFund team into a room with @prayanks, Partner at @Accel, in Bangalore, and let the conversation run. @JRSilber, @asoroken, and David Benjamin from AIFF joined us for a conversation that usually stays behind closed doors: how AIFF was built inside Google Labs, why India was the first market they wanted to back, what actually stood out from 4,000+ applications, and whether founders should fear big tech (spoiler: they had thoughts).

Replying to @Jiraaf_Official
@Jiraaf_Official built for high-net-worth individuals. It made sense; that's where most of India's wealth sits. But a different set of investors kept showing up, loved the product, and couldn't get past the ₹10 lakh minimum. On #InflectionPoint, Saurav shares what happened when they decided to listen. @barathshankar • #AccelFamily

I was at the Pitchfest as part of the Global AI Impact Summit in Delhi yesterday. After watching 20+ startups pitch across sectors ranging from education to defense one thing became very clear to me: The move to AI is inevitable. The real question has always been: where will India play? There are two key themes that stand out: 1. Context is the moat (not cost) India is not the US and our context is unique - Our regulatory environment, legal systems, government programs, and social realities are different. Startups that deeply understand this context and design for it will have a durable advantage. While the world solves for Western geographies, India’s context creates opportunities only we can capture. 2. Physical meets digital. AI is moving beyond software into Robotics, defense systems, and other hardware-enabled AI solutions. These are taking shape today, solving problems that weren’t possible a decade ago. It was inspiring to see startups showcased on a stage orchestrated by the Government of India, with strong participation from institutional capital. When founders build supported by inflow of strong private capital and policy - momentum becomes exponential. The AI moment in India isn’t ahead of us. It’s happening now. If you’re thinking about starting up or making a career shift, this is the space to be in. We at Accel are committed to supporting startup’s who are building in AI from India. @AshwiniVaishnaw Abhishek Singh @rajattandy @AmitabhShah @byvidhya @AccelIndia @IndianVCA @YUVAunstopable

Wonderful evening yesterday in the capital’s historic heart for AI x Delhi’, organised by @Accel (@AccelIndia), @Prosusgroup and @SPF_India, as part of the #IndiaAIImpactSummit2026. AI is not just another tech cycle, I believe it is reshaping economic power, productivity and national capability. At 'AI x Delhi' last evening, in conversation with founders, investors and policymakers, I am hopeful in their capability of building sovereign, clean-powered computing power and DPI for AI, so that intelligence becomes a broad-based growth multiplier.
