This criminal illegal alien should have never been in our country.
He was released into the country by the Biden Administration, and later arrested and released by New York for illegal gambling charges.
He scammed at least one woman in Pennsylvania before he was finally apprehended by the federal government. We are putting a stop to illegal aliens scamming the American people.

Changsong Huang illegally entered the United States under the Biden administration and was released into the country. He was later arrested in New York on felony and misdemeanor gambling charges, including promoting gambling and possessing gambling records and devices, before being released again.
Huang was subsequently arrested by McCandless Police in Pennsylvania for allegedly participating in a scam targeting an American woman who lost $60,000. Scammers impersonated federal officials, falsely claimed her identity had been compromised, and convinced her to withdraw thousands of dollars. Huang was arrested after allegedly collecting fake cash during an FBI sting operation.
Once again, NY released a criminal illegal alien back onto the streets, only for him to victimize an American woman.
He is now in ICE custody and faces DEPORTATION.

The certificate says the Executive completed a review of “the particulars of the individual’s case.”
There are possible criminal implications here. This is not restoring a dead persons right to vote. This is restoring a non existent persons right to vote. Va. Code § 18.2-472 criminalizes a public officer’s fraudulent false entry in an official record in that officer’s custody. Creating a false restoration record triggers this statute. And get this … a conviction removes the office holder from office and bars them from holding future office….

NEW: ICE’s Victims of Immigrant Crime Engagement (VOICE) office has released emotional video showing Angel Mom Elizabeth Carter confronting the Indian illegal alien semi truck driver who is charged with killing her son and his newlywed wife in a crash in Oregon last November.
The exchange happened as ICE was transferring RAJINDER KUMAR to state custody in Oregon earlier this month to face charges of two counts of first degree manslaughter and three counts of recklessly endangering another person as a result of the crash. ICE gave Carter a chance to speak to KUMAR in an ICE vehicle before the transfer.
ICE says they had arrested KUMAR after law enforcement in Deschutes County, OR ignored their detainer and released him from custody in April.
Kumar had been caught and released at the AZ border by the Biden admin in November 2022 and was given a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) by the state of California.
In the video - an emotional Carter says:
“Hello Mr. Kumar. My name is Elizabeth Carter. I’m William Micah Carter’s mother. And I wanted you to know that I pray for you and your family, I know you didn’t get up that morning planning to kill two newlyweds. And I know your family is going through something important too.”
Kumar largely avoids eye contact and doesn’t say anything.
