3.5 Months of Hard work pays off - Chronological Age 55, Metabolic Age 41. Take care of your health. Make it your job. You will be better at everything else in life - @myhumehealth pod scale is pretty sweet.
Paid ads been rough for the last 20 days?
The next 10–15 could be tough too. Some shoppers are already waiting for BFCM deals.
Use the time well:
1. Build demand, if margins allow.
Know your max cost per new visitor, add to cart and email signup. Work backwards from how well each converts into a customer. Cheap traffic alone means little.
2. Keep testing creative.
Find hooks, angles and formats that bring qualified new customers. Build a bench of proven evergreen ads before you need to scale.
3. Get CRM ready.
Welcome flows, abandoned checkouts, early-access lists, email and SMS. Have a plan to bring interested shoppers back when offers go live.
4. Fix conversion friction.
Clearer offers. Better landing pages. Test proven angles as new funnels across TOF, MOF and BOF.
5. Protect contribution dollars.
Set CAC targets after discounts, product costs, fulfilment and returns. More revenue needs to leave more money in the business.
Before blaming seasonality, check what actually changed in your account.
Build demand. Keep learning. Stay within what the business can afford.
Exciting times ahead 🔥

just crossed $50K MRR with my AI community, SCALE AI.
less than 9 months after launching.
what has worked:
> showing up on X & LinkedIn every single day for 16+ months
> funneling social traffic to my email list of nearly 30k subscribers
> sending 3 emails to that list every single week
> giving away tons of free workflows, training videos, & skills
> engaging with my community daily & personally answering their questions
> pivoting from "n8n templates" to "claude skills" to my own mini-saas, ScaleBot
> building cool shit people enjoy using every day
you can just do things
The new @triplewhale attribution view change is soooo good!
Much awaited and much deserved before Q4.
Thanks @aryehMaxx
What people think great creative strategy is:
“Finding consistent unique net new ideas”
Vs what it actually is:
Finding 2-3 things that work.
And then building 20-30 smart iterations around them.
New hook
New avatar
New pain point
New proof
New format
New mechanism
New awareness level
I would much rather have:
3 proven ideas × 20 iterations = 60 tests
vs
60 completely new ideas × 1 test each
A lot of teams probably spend 70-80% of their time trying to come up with something “new”.
I think it should almost be the opposite.
20-30% net new exploration.
70-80% structured iteration on things already showing signal.
Because your customer does not care whether your creative team has seen the idea 20 times.
They only care whether it resonates with them.
Great creative strategy is not about constantly finding new ideas.
It is about finding a few consumer truths that work and extracting as much scale as possible from them.
Codex just cleared my 265+ pending linkedin requests based on my instructions in 10 mins.
What a life..
What people think I do as a Director of Growth:
❌ Run ads and increase budgets.
What I actually do:
⇢ Ask why Meta, Shopify and Triple Whale show three different revenues
⇢Figure out whether performance dropped because of creative, media, CRO, pricing, tracking, seasonality - or just Meta being Meta
⇢Review 100 ads and ask what we’re testing next
⇢ Build dashboards to reduce meetings
⇢Join meetings to explain those dashboards
⇢Write SQL despite having “Marketing” in my title
⇢Fix APIs that broke without telling anyone
⇢Audit Shopify because someone moved a button
⇢Forecast revenue using numbers that will change tomorrow
⇢Explain why attributed revenue is not incremental revenue
⇢Debate whether changing the full script and VO is really a “variation”
⇢Coordinate teams and agencies across five time zones
⇢Use AI to save four hours
⇢Spend three hours checking its work
⇢Refresh ROAS as if it improves under supervision
(With Meta Ads Manager permanently open in another tab.)
