i can tell you that not all brains work like this @Jason______A maybe my brain is just totally fucked up from years of drug and steroid abuse but when i see a person crushing it that is totally retarded all my brain is doing is keep telling me i am even more retarded kind of „even this retard can figure it out but you cant you piece of shit“ then i get depressed and stop working completely thats why I completely stopped to speak about exact numbers with others, there is just no benefit for me because it gives me 0 motivation to know somebody else is crushing it while my shit sucks the only thing that works for me for motivation is revenge, when somebody tells me i cant do x most probably nobodies brain works like this since I have a lot of other issues and took way to much tren and ampethamins for years 😂
There’s something powerful about seeing someone and thinking, “If that guy can do it, I can do it too.” More than 12 years ago, I was selling exotic cars to affiliate marketers. I assumed they were all computer hacker geniuses. I can barely turn my laptop on most days, so I figured this world wasn’t for me and stayed in my lane. Then one day, a guy walked into my office who was so dumb I’m not sure he could string two logical sentences together. I remember thinking “If this guy can do it, I can definitely do it.” That single thought changed the trajectory of my entire life. I pivoted, dove in headfirst, and figured it out as I went (I had the help of an amazing mentor named Dave) Last night, I was at a private e-commerce event and met a guy doing more than a billion dollars a year in sales. He’s relatively “new” to e-commerce, only five years in. I asked how he got started. He told me he saw a YouTube video of some guy doing massive numbers and thought, “If that guy can do it, I can do it too.” So he pivoted, dove in headfirst, and figured it out as he went. Now let me be that guy for someone else. I’m legitimately not smart. I’m technologically illiterate. I’m impulsive, impatient, disorganized, stubborn, and I have a wild temper. I’ve made nearly every mistake possible and invented a few new ones along the way. But somehow, I’m still doing it. You do not have to be the smartest person in the room. You just have to be willing to enter the room, get embarrassed, make mistakes, and stay long enough to figure it out. If I can do it, you can do it too. It’s that simple.

aff sidequest (not really sidequest anymore) 0-230k/day in 5 days and then back down to 0 😂 want to show you another insight of what we have been doing lately this is one single offer, it only got back down to 0 because the offer got closed down avg profit margin: 31% traffic channels: every single one you can imagine team: me + 3 (for 8 offers in total not just this one) angles tested to crack it 11 iterations of advertorials 86 3,5 months into the aff space with 0 connections before that i really enjoyed the Aff space so far, made some really nice connections and a lot of dopamin maxxing once you crack something At the same time I feel like running an Affiliate team is the stupidest thing on the planet (or maybe I just do it wrong) but the rollercoasters are out of this world and i feel like i am to old for that shit if there is anybody that can teach me how to run it more sustainable - please i want to pay you, i watched a video from @heyAlexMicol were he said he runs some offers for months or years, that would be a dream 😂 I only run fully WH so don’t even tell me about Casino offers or some shit like that

i have been 10 years in the ecom space but this rollercoasters in the aff space are something different after every huge scale comes a big drop i guess, when offers go down and traffic platforms cause problems

The affiliate game is more a mindset game then a skill game Sometimes your offers are dogshit and you keep losing money for weeks, then out of nowhere you make a mil a week profit 😂

Another offer that crossed $1M/month. Vertical: eCom Profit margin: 32% Random USA-based affiliate network All traffic was run by me Since this was a network and I’ve been dealing more with networks lately I thought I’d share a few things that have helped me when running with them: - Never randomly sign up for a network. Always try to get an intro from someone. If you sign up without one, you’ll likely get an AM, payouts, and offers that suck. - Don’t ask for payout increases upfront. Push volume first, then tell them you won’t send more conversions at the current payout because it doesn’t work. (Got this tip from another affiliate.) - If you know what you’re doing, try to get customized checkouts/product pages based on your angle and CRO tactics. - Try to become the biggest advertiser for an offer. When you’re doing ~60% of the volume, you can usually ask for a private offer. - Get them to localize for countries you know perform well with your traffic. - Don’t run the network’s “top” offers it never worked for me. - Don’t run the same traffic sources everyone else is using for that offer/network. You’ll just get leftovers. - Always ask about new offers that aren’t public yet, and test them even if the EPCs look bad. - Many networks have the same offers. Test all the checkouts some have better payment processing and flows, which can increase your profit without any other changes. - Once you’re above $100k/week in payouts, ask for twice a week payout - Make sure your offer isn’t rebrokered. Try to work with the original network for the highest payout and more control over the checkout. - Keep your AM informed about scaling up or slowing down. They’ll appreciate it and often give you something extra. There’s probably a lot more I’m missing. I’ve only been doing this for 1.5 months and still don’t really know what I’m doing but this is what’s worked for me so far.

Affiliate Marketing Sidequest #2 How I scaled a new WH offer from 0 to $26K PROFIT/day in 5 days (proof in the comments) First of all, this is not a usual thing, it was perfect timing, a proven product, and some luck of course. Also, after my last post about the aff space, people messaged me asking if they should switch from eCom to aff now. No, you should not. I just enjoy doing it on the side and it builds good skills. That business model is not better than eCom or any other one. Some Facts: WH eCom offer, Pain Relief niche Private offer from a friend's brand $50–75 payout (depending on the checkout price we used) Big 5 (mostly USA traffic) Old product, not something new or untapped How it went: Day 1: 10.5K adspend, 1.5K profit Day 2: 10.9K adspend, 202 profit Day 3: 7.7K adspend, 6.3K profit Day 4: 13.6K adspend, 20.8K profit Day 5: 24.5K adspend, 24K profit Day 6: 34.6K adspend, 26K profit Day 1 & 2: We tested 5 different angles, full test meaning different ads, ADV, product page, all basically failed. Profitable but failed. I knew directly they would never be able to scale with those numbers. Day 3: I wrote 1 more advertorial, different layout, different style of writing. We wanted to test it on Day 4, but our landing page guy messed up and instead of creating a new ADV, he changed the copy in an already running one. I only realised it in the evening, but it was sitting at 820% ROAS across a couple of campaigns. There was still a huge mismatch in the whole funnel, ads, ADV, and product page, because it was set up wrong. Day 4: Killed all other angles, relaunched the new winning one with dedicated ads, ad copy, and product page to match the angle of the ADV. Launched pretty aggressively in terms of campaigns and spend because I knew it would only get better. Also on this day we added the new Easter sale to the ADV and CVR went even higher. Day 5: Went aggressive and wanted to double the spend to reach $40K profit. As you can see, it didn't happen, the offer/angle wasn't strong enough to scale that high that quickly. Day 6: Even though yesterday already didn't go as planned, I put my balls on the table and increased spend even more, rolled out more creatives and more campaigns. Didn't work again, overspend and ROAS dropped. Day 7 (today): Put the ego aside, scaled the spend down, optimised the funnel, etc. Should end well. Also created 5 new versions of the new ADV style/layout and rolled them out in some campaigns, looking very promising. Scaling it up tomorrow. As you can see, all we did was literally find a new angle, match the messaging across ads, ADV, product page, checkout, and scale up budgets aggressively. 100% image ads. 100% of them done with AI. 100% WH, because I would not get paid and I would destroy my friend's brand. No fake doctors, nothing. What you can learn from this: Test more advertorials. As you can see, even with a total mismatch from ads to ADV on the first day of the angle, the performance was still insane right out of the gate. How we'll scale this even further: Scale out to more countries, bring the new angle to more traffic sources, keep testing more advertorials. This doesn't only work for affiliate. Recently on a consulting call with an eCom guy, I told him to stop putting 100% of his effort into ads and instead focus more on the advertorials. He doubled his revenue and EPC in 14 days by finding new angles and new ways to sell the product. And yes, my grammar and spelling are terrible, but my stuff still converts.

Aff Marketing Side Quest 35 days ago I started to seriously play around in the aff space (still running our own eCom, so it was just a side thing). Team was literally for the most part myself and my right-hand person (we had some help from our creative team but not too much). Feels like I still got it as a media buyer myself. What we have done: - Heavy manual media buying - Heavy, heavy, heavy ADV/funnel testing/copywriting - Nearly 100% static images/slideshow What we have been running: - All WH only (no Casino, Dating or whatever, I don't even know how to run that) - eCom offers (mostly bigger brands where I know the owner personally with a CPA deal) - CPL offers (insurances, loans) - Digital CPA offers (digistore shit) I still have absolutely no idea what we are doing here. We have no biz dev, no media buyers besides me, no devs, so please don't ask me in DMs how to get started with it. I don't even know! The only reason I think it worked out OK for us is because the only thing we are good at is running ads and landing pages/advertorials, everything else we suck at. So by finding a biz model that only focuses on that, it somehow worked out. Take it as inspiration: if you are doing something right now that isn't working out, maybe you are just in the wrong biz model. Check what your actual skills are and go all in on them. If you are an Affiliate yourselfe or run an Affiliate Team, hit me up I want to connect

How to never have that happen and never get locked out - Create a Meta Dev Account - in the BM Create an "app" - give the system user admin rights - store the api key for the system user This user will never get blocked ever no matter what and with the api key you can add new profiles to the bm even when all others are blocked

@Meta I’m a brand owner and I have spent over a year building my brand and scaling my business. I spend over $1,000,000 a month on Meta ads. Like a lot of others I was recently banned on my facebook profile for no apparent reason. My profile (which was never used personally, but only ever to access my business manager) was the only admin on my business manager. I have lost my businesses facebook page, my pixels, and my ad accounts. All pages are still active and my ads are still active. Clearly I have not violated any of the community guidelines, however I was flagged by your AI systems for some reason. This is a huge problem. Meta’s AI system that reviews accounts is awful and unfairly flags profiles for no apparent reason. Once a profile has been flagged it is going to get suspended no matter what… I did the video selfie verification and was still suspended. And the BEST thing about all of this is that once your account is disabled there is absolutely NO way to contact support. Can this please be looked into! It has been over a week where i’ve had ads running on an ad account that I don’t have access too. I have sent countless emails to support for over a week only to receive emailed from people who don’t even know how to spell “This is” (they are likely AI automated emails) and they are absolutely no help at all. Me and pretty much every advertiser on your platform would seriously appreciate if we cut this AI nonsense because it clearly doesn’t work, and implemented some actual human review when it comes to our businesses. @MetaforBusiness @facebook @finkd

If you are Dropshipping to Europe and using Klarna to boost your CVR Custom Code that Klarna purchases don't get fired back to your Traffic Source So you still have a higher CVR but Meta for example doesn't optimize for Klarna Buyer You will have slightly lower scale but way less headaches and shit customers Thank me later

I'm still suprised people don't even know this easy thing only need js and utms and you can auto change headlines or whatever based on the ad someone comes from example: someone comes from an ad speaking to seniors you show senior based headline and first img if not then show something different no need for multiple advertorials or something else
Replying to @DTC_Quizbuilder
also use utms to automatically change advertorial headlines based of the ad people come from

If you are hustling and testing stuff but nothing is working out at all and every day feels like losing, just read this quote daily. What a privilege it is to be tired from the work you once begged the universe for. What a privilege to feel overwhelmed by the growth you used to dream about. What a privilege to be challenged by a life you built on purpose. What a privilege to outgrow the things you once settled for.

Last weeks I tried to see if I still got it as a Media Buyer Took a dead offer we couldn't even spend 2k/day profitable on Should be at 50k/day spend next weekend now that stock is fixed Some interesting facts: - 0 video ads - 0 "creative strategy" - no team, just me and one other guy - 25-35% front end profitable depending on the day What was done: - Tested around 30-40 advertorials - Tested 5 different price points - Improved AOV significantly - Lots of manual media buying tactics that everyone says are dead - Went way harder on research and copy than most people are willing to Here's the thing most people get wrong about Media Buying Being a Media Buyer in our company doesn't mean you upload ads and scale budgets This year we switched the whole team setup We run more like small affiliate teams now Media Buyer is the top guy responsible for everything: Angles Landers Funnel improvement Offer testing Leading his own creative team Testing and scaling ads Analyzing metrics all day to find improvements Team is leaner that way More agile Way quicker to react The hard part is finding these Media Buyer/Affiliate type of guys Most "media buyers" out there just want to push buttons and watch dashboards
