My biggest concern is that if there is a clean sweep by Democrats of the House, Senate and Presidency in 2028, they will:
1. Make DC and Puerto Rico states to gain a strong majority in the Senate.
2. Open the borders and legalize everyone living in America illegally to cement a permanent majority.
3. Increase the size of the Supreme Court to gain an immediate majority.
This would result in America becoming a permanent one-party state and the end of democracy in any meaningful sense of the word.
All that is needed to ensure this doesn’t happen is 51 Republican senators in 2029. That is why you should vote for Republican senators this election. Other reasons are irrelevant compared to this one.

Elon, have a lot of respect for you, but bad time to troll. Please stop.
Our SPCX shares (from our $500m investment in your Twitter takeover) are worth more than a billion.
Would appreciate if you show a little support. Thanks!
The worst part of the @binance hack is that we can’t bet NBA on @Polymarket
IDX says it will remove stocks with high shareholder concentration from the benchmark. Those are about 18% of the index.
This is the response to MSCI’s consultation on moving Indonesia from Emerging Market to Standalone. Friday the JCI dropped 11.6%. Today it bounced around 4%.
Removing names is the easy part. MSCI’s issue is whether the trading is clean, not whether the index looks cleaner.

The old Indonesian energy argument was simple: coal is cheapest.
IEEFA’s latest numbers say that is breaking.
They put 2025 coal generation cost at about IDR 930/kWh, up 46%, and heading toward ~IDR 1,060/kWh in 2026.
On LCOE, they range utility solar at USD 5.6–8.4¢/kWh versus coal at USD 10.0–15.1¢/kWh.
If those ranges hold, the bottleneck is no longer “solar costs too much.”
It’s land, interconnection, contracts, and political economy.

Indonesia’s data-center power requests are no longer 100–200 MW.
PLN has said new orders are coming in at 1 GW, 2 GW, even 3 GW per project.
The utility already serves about 159 data-center customers with roughly 2 GW connected. Almost all of that sits on the Java–Bali grid.
The 2034 planning number being briefed internally: about 25 GW of data-center electricity demand.
The constraint is not cheap land.
It’s substations, transmission, and how fast PLN can energize a site.

Indonesia just launched a 100 GW solar program.
At the end of 2025, the country had about 1.5 GW of solar installed (in history total).
On 25 August in Bali, President Prabowo kicked off the first 14 projects — 5.3 GW combined. Two already run. Six are under construction. Six still need investors.
The full program is being sold as a 2029 target, with tens of billions of dollars attached.
The gap between the speech and the installed base is the real story.
Not whether solar works. Whether Indonesia can actually build at this speed.

I’m Aditya.
I run a solar EPC company in Indonesia called SMSolar @smsolarpower
Studied electrical & computer engineering in the US (BU → Columbia). Now back home building renewable energy projects on the ground.
Most content about solar energy in Indonesia is either too salesy or too theoretical.
I try to share what actually happens when you try to install, finance, and operate in 🇮🇩.

On this account you’ll mainly get:
• Practical solar power realities in Indonesia
• Local insights that foreigners (and many Indonesians) rarely hear
• Occasional personal notes — basketball, anime/manga, capital markets, crypto, life in between projects
No heavy sales. Just observations from someone who’s in the middle of it.
