At one point in my life academia was my thing - BA in Philosophy, MDiv with a focus on philosophy of religion and an MA, ABD in Religion with an emphasis on religion and history. But academia and I divorced due to irreconcilable differences. I miss it - life just hasn’t been the same - when one of your goals and loves gets squashed sometimes its hard to recover…20 years later and still it stings.
I think I might leave this platform because so many are just too damn gloomy - the Dems are just going to be Pains in the ass - they already are but now they will scream their bullshit louder - its all performative - its to get their base all aroused and they will ejaculate cash into Dem pockets via campaign donations - they are toothless old women - they can pass all the crap they want to and then cry about mean old Trump vetoed it - performative…theater…for money - but the ‘Cons’ take them seriously reposting their tirades - and acting like it means something - I have better things to do with my time than read that bullshit on a daily basis…
It does no good because we are ruled by the uniparty - there’s no strategy to end this when the majority of those in leadership are against common sensical American values - and are in it for power and money - none of them give a shit about us - the US as we loved it is over…

My biggest concern is that if there is a clean sweep by Democrats of the House, Senate and Presidency in 2028, they will:
1. Make DC and Puerto Rico states to gain a strong majority in the Senate.
2. Open the borders and legalize everyone living in America illegally to cement a permanent majority.
3. Increase the size of the Supreme Court to gain an immediate majority.
This would result in America becoming a permanent one-party state and the end of democracy in any meaningful sense of the word.
All that is needed to ensure this doesn’t happen is 51 Republican senators in 2029. That is why you should vote for Republican senators this election. Other reasons are irrelevant compared to this one.
