We got your back, New York!
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Several figures here aren’t federal results or NY-specific. The $472B combines US wide pledges: Micron's $250B is nationwide (NY site $100B) Anthropic's $50B covers TX and NY. The 48% murder drop is from NY's state run GIVE program (28 departments, Jan – May 2026).

I would say no not just because it's fucked up but because I don't trust that the person wouldn't wait until my absolute happiest day to show me that video. They'd pull that out at my wedding just to inflict the maximum amount of pain
Hypothetically speaking: Someone offers you $1 million but the catch is, a stranger must die a very gruesome and painful death, no one will ever know that you’re the reason for it. But at some point in your life, you’re going to receive a video tape showing this person being murdered and you have to watch the entire video. You have 10 seconds to decide, are you taking the money or not?

“quality of life” is a scam that robs the player of video gaming’s greatest gifts: playing the game
Dear Toei Animation, please add a new Ozaru Form for Goku. He should transform with a new moon. The moon will give him heightened intelligence and the ability to use a barrier. Additionally, it will give him an electric aura that he can use to zap enemies from afar. Thank you.

A new PSN security issue lets attackers bypass passwords and two-factor authentication.
Players have reported unknown family members being added to their PlayStation Network accounts without permission
The biggest problem is that these added family members could potentially be used to access personal information, including saved payment details.
One affected user contacted PlayStation Support directly, and apparently even support doesn’t have a clear answer yet on what’s actually causing it.
For now, the advice is to:
• Reset your PSN password
• Change the email used for your PSN sign-in ID
• Check your Family Management for accounts you don’t recognize
• Contact PlayStation Support if anything looks suspicious
Sony still hasn’t publicly confirmed what’s behind the issue.
