New😀! Genome-scale analysis of Puccinia graminis f.sp. tritici (Pgt) led by @eakhunov revealed that structural variations (SV) and lineage hybridization contribute to the rapid evolution of the Pgt effectorome. Thanks to all coauthors @KSUPlantDr doi.org/10.1038/s41467-022-3…
Another missing piece of the puzzle!! Sr35 immune receptor interacts physically with AvrSr35 effector. The conserved CNL resistome architecture has potential for crop improvement. rdcu.be/cWobt doi.org/10.1038/s41586-022-0…
