Most companies have a slop problem. Agents nobody uses, ai generated decks nobody reads, slop apps that break the second time you open them. We had it too. (had) @agentspothq started as a place to build agents. Very soon it became our Team AI platform; multiplayer AI, grounded in our own data and context. Subject matter experts build agents, data apps and autonomous workflows, and share them with everyone else. Agents and our Team collaborate seamlessly. Then the interesting part happened. High value agents (HVAs) bubble up. Real-time usage, likes, recommendations and a discovery algorithm surface the agents people actually depend on, which pulls in more of the team, which makes the next agent better. A virtuous cycle I get to watch unfold in real time. I am also seeing real pride of ownership in the team. When it comes to AI for Sales teams, most Sales leaders start at the wrong part of the funnel. Using agents to just send more prospecting emails is a lowest leverage thing you can do with AI. My advice is focus on the middle and bottom of the funnel/ deal execution. That’s where you make your number. Our entire sales team (105 AEs) runs on a core set of 12 agents (see attached). Every regional director can extend them and build their own for their part of the business. That gives us a governed core with flexibility at the edges, allowing regional teams to tailor it to their own sales plays and focus areas. Its pretty epic what its doing for us

How many people are using , Voting, recommendations which causes more people in the company to use them creating a virtuous cycle of agent adoption.
