Yikes. An Accenture contractor gave a Claude Code agent their own admin login so it could write and deploy code on a Pentagon network. It ran for 2 months and appears to have sent the creds and a network map to a site NIST had already flagged as high risk for prompt injection.
So perhaps this is a roundabout way to remind you that your agents should get their own scoped credentials, never yours?

Charlie Munger died with about $2.2 billion. his partner Warren Buffett is worth well over $100 billion. they ran Berkshire side by side for decades.
in the clip below Munger, 95 at the time, gets asked why the gap is so big. his answer takes ten seconds.
“well, he got an earlier start.”
Munger was actually six years older. but Buffett bought his first stock at 11, and Munger only set up his own investment partnership at 38.
he adds two more reasons, almost as an afterthought: Buffett is probably a little smarter, and he works harder.
“there are not a lot of reasons.”
then he turns the question back on the room.
“why was Albert Einstein poorer than i was?”
this was the Daily Journal meeting in 2019. Munger died four years later, a few weeks short of 100.
so is the head start the whole story - or is Munger just being modest about the other two reasons?

Tales from the trenches: Real life assume breach of a cloud-only org
*No on-prem Active Directory domain. 90% fully remote company.
Started from a Mac with an account to login to the Mac and a cloud-only account.
I ended up getting access to their production containers deployment management plane. I could run commands as root on thousands of containers.
Not only that….
I found numerous ssh keys in their cloud-only document repositories.
I found credential in their ticketing platform.
I found credentials in slack.
I even found conversations where they were talking about the pentest. 😅
Cloud only is not without its challenges. Active Directory is also not without its challenges.
Both have their advantages.
Both require hard work and effort to maintain and secure.
This idea that “pentesters get domain admin too easily in Active Directory therefore it’s insecure” just doesn’t fly with me.
Cloud-only orgs can be just as “insecure.”
This organization by the way, you would for sure recognize the name if I told you.

the /statechart skill in pstack v0.15.36 is now stable and ready for use! it's best combined with /create-formal-verification-skill to abstractly model state machines and distributed systems to find bugs.
the skill contains a mini tlc compiler that parses, lowers to a small IR, and has a backend that outputs mmd syntax. if you want you can also ask your agent to create charts in whatever style you like, the skills tells it to use pele.run/ which is very themeable so you can make blueprints, hand drawn encyclopedia illustrations or whatever you like

Life is full of arbitrages:-
1) You will make 2-3X more wealth working in tech in the US, compared to any other part of the world.
2) Quality of life (on per unit of money spent) is at least 2X better in South East Asia, compared to any other part of the world.
3) If you setup a business in UAE/Singapore, you would end up paying 2-3X less tax compared to most parts of the world.
Now of course, you can't achieve all these points.
But, work towards at least 1-2.
Being average in a good environment >> being very good in a tough environment.
