I have an idea we could try on the next nightly playtesting at #p4a23: a bottle of Riesling for each of the players. Let's try out and see what happens 😅 Thank you for inventing your awesome Dependency Game together with the #p4a22 crowd! 🤗 tastycupcakes.org/2022/08/dr…

The nightly play testings are best! Now we know that the Dependency Game must include one extra cube for the facilitator and a bottle of Riesling for all the player! Only at #p4a22 Thank you @agilemeth @marcbless @p_stanika @reinaldkirchner Kurt Cotoaga, Ilja Vishnevski!

Nightly playtesting "The Dependency Game" at #p4a22. We learned: - PO always introduces dependencies which have to be done within 1 sprint 🤢 - cooperation is always the most reasonable action💡 - having a team which commits and works together for a common goal is so awesome! 🚀

Playtesting and refining our "Acts of #Leadersheep" Game (v0.2b) at #p4a22. We meet in a circle and encourage clear steps. To stand up and share your story. And to give thank-you-medal-post-its 🏅 which look really awesome 👍 Thanks to @AnjaStiedl for facilitating with me! 🙏💚

Playtesting a new Continuous Integration game (based on the game "Beautiful Meadows") at #p4a22. Teams draw on transparent paper and combine afterwards. And yes, three suns are perfectly normal 🤣
Drawing on overlapping transparent foils: A meadow scene with several suns, clouds, birdplane, trees, flowers, a lion, a wolf, some sheeps and other animals.

What do you think as you read these "analog PowerPoint slides"? Maybe you can imagine that playing #powerpointkaraoke at the #p4a22 with many cool people was huge fun (with lots of stories, chicken, farts and other highly inappropriate topics) and we couldn't stop laughing 🤣

Designing our first game about stepping forward, taking #responsibility for your team, and sharing your stories of #acts of #leadersheep at the #p4a22. This game got deep quite quickly 🫣 I am so excited what else will come up this weekend 💚

#agilespiele

Besonders coole Erfahrung: Spielend Agilität & Kanban lernen. Los gehts mit dem Micromanager-Spiel, dann das superschnelle Push-Pull-Spiel (mit Abstecher zu Continuous Delivery), dann Frühstückstoast-Workflow & das Multitasking-Spiel (mit extra Overhead). Das hat Spaß gemacht 🚀

Explaining my team how a simple need/offer interdependence matrix could look like. (Unfortunately, in reality you often offer something the other doesn't need and the other needs something you can't offer.) Perhaps I have been doing hungry coaching...?
